Kung-fu tea in cart is terrible especially in service. My family has been going to this location for months spending about $100 a week. We went there today and one of our orders had the wrong type of milk in it. The manager told us literally it is our mistake so you have to pay again for another milk tea. We were blown away. There is no kindness or loyalty to customers at this place. We live in this community and always support local businesses and unfortunately we won’t be supporting this one. This wasn’t about a wrong order or a drink. This was about having no value for people who come and support your business and only valuing a transaction. Pretty pathetic. Don’t go to this location!
They were busy, but the wait wasn't bad and completely expected as soon as I walked in. I got a boba tea and it was feel delicious.
can you guys place the cup farther away from other customers closer to the place where the ingridients are and not as close to the cash register
I accidentally gave them a bad review, so I’m making it up here! They were so incredibly nice!!! I am definitely coming back
My son and I were visiting Myrtle Beach for the day. I had recently found out about Kung Fu tea and wanted to try it. I'm so glad we did. The drinks we got were delicious. I got a green tea drink while my son got a milk tea. I'm so glad we have a Kung Fu tea near us in North Carolina. We will certainly be visiting the one at home
I love love love Kung Fu Tea in Cary, NC. Def one of my top favorites for boba tea and I love those options and craftsmanship of their drinks! Very cool and exciting atmosphere! Highly recommend!!
Came in 20 minutes before closing. The guy that made our drinks made them really well. He was really nice and I tipped him!! The Shortcake delight is really good and the matcha milk cap is too good
super cute! sweet employees and good drinks. Luv luv luv
It's tending and for good 💯 reasons. Yes I gave in and tried the strawberry milk tea
I've been here plenty of times but never really thought about reviewing before. Until now of course!
It's always so bright and welcoming, cheerful and even the employees are polite as well.
It shows they care what you have to say.
However it is fairly small so I don't recommend it for large families or parties.
Now on to the drink of the day:
The trending Strawberry Milk tea. You also get a free smell sticker sheet! Which took me back to my childhood!! Early 90's vibes. ❤️
Even the art on the cup and top was perfect and keeps the original art style!
First sip, it's creamy and straightforward tastes just like actual strawberry shortcake 🍰 which is perfect but it's very sweet. So sweet to the point where my mouth just tasted like strawberry yogurt liquid after a few sips but...that's just me and a warning for anyone who is against anything too sweet.
Above all, it is a pretty good drink and I recommend it to those who have a sweet tooth and love for the 90's.
This coffee was amazing. Love how much you can customize your drink. Staff was super helpful

Great selection, great flavors and fast service. For the two people that were in there they did a really good job! Got the mango pineapple punch with the mango popping boba and it was deliciciosoooo. This was on Sunday 1-12 at 2:55 :)
This is the 2nd Kung Fu Tea location we've been to, and our expectation wasn't great after trying their teas multiple times in the first location. We ordered something we've never ordered in a Kung Fu Tea before: Brown Sugar milktea.
This particular Kung Fu Tea spot is in a fantastic location, next to our favorite ramen spot, Miso Ramen Bar. My girl ordered 1 we'd share while we finish our meal. Feng Cha in Morrisville was about to close so Kung Fu was the only milktea place we can get one by 9 PM.
The texture of the boba is perfect, and the amount is well-balanced for a $6+ milktea. My first sip of the milktea itself didn't last a great impression, however. While I can smell the fragrant smell of freshly-brewed tea, I could barely taste the brown sugar flavor and the milktea doesn't taste as creamy as Feng Cha's or Milklab's. Even Tiger Sugar near H-Mart served better quality brown sugar milktea but it's slightly better than Breco Tea's disappointing Brown Sugar milktea. In other words: This milktea is average compared to other Brown Sugar milkteas we've tried. My girl loves its aroma and she says it's not bad.
Customer service is fast: Barrista was able to serve our drink in less than 5 minutes. Ambiance is fine, place looked clean.
Overall, I see Kung Fu Tea Cary as the McDonald's of the milktea industry - franchise looks as strong as Quickly's. and it'll be enjoyable to a casual milktea customer. But why settle for average when there are other milktea spots that can offer higher quality blends for about the same price?
Great vibes in this store. They made all the drinks very well. The staff was very helpful picking out a sugar free option!
Best best best milk teas!!
Loved it! Tried the Hera's lavender matcha tea with Boba and it was absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend! Will be back!!
