Server was nice but right after I ordered my food I saw three roaches, this place is infested! I canceled my order and paid for my beer. The tiny roaches too! Sorry but gross.

Pretty sure the chicken comes out of a can for cats

Really convenient place to have dinner, the food portions are generous, and pricing is pretty good, and the food tastes pretty good as well. Our family goes maybe once a month, usually an impromptu idea, and we almost never have to wait and the dining experience is quick and efficient. They don’t rush you out, they just serve you promptly and serve your order quickly.

The menu is massive, maybe a hundred options, possibly too big. We’ve tried various things but definitely not even 25% of the options. They have a rice, chicken, and queso cheese dish that comes with tortillas that we have found and grown to love, they call it ACP. You can get another meat (like chorizo) as well as additional options. Really good, easy, tasty, and plenty of food.

Not a fancy environment, drinks are okay, but overall we keep coming back, so we enjoy it! Our teenagers never gripe about going there so that makes it nice for us as well.

We were eating dinner and when we got done there was a roach and not just any roach a German roach crawling across the floor near my friends foot safe to say we will not be returning. Service was great and food was good however who knows where the roaches are

A staple Mexican restaurant in Cary with a broad menu, generous portions, very reasonable prices and consistently friendly service. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, making it a popular spot for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners. It can get lively and a bit noisy during peak hours. It’s not the fanciest spot, but for those seeking a hearty meal and good service, it’s worth a visit.

We had a great time here. The portions are generous and the food tastes healthier and less greasy than most restaurants we’ve been to in the area. The flavors are quite mild which may be good for families with little children. Our server Vanessa was helpful and friendly. We look forward to coming again soon!

Whoever said there’s no table side guac is wrong. This is one of the best places in town with an amazing staff. They were out of Tapatio and the guy walked over to the Food Lion to get me some. Everything I’ve tried has been good and I’ve been there a lot.

Good place for a quick bite. Better than most in the area. Staff is always friendly. Only downside, they don't have table side guacamole ?

This is a very unassuming place from the outside, but inside is a very nice, cozy Spanish restaurant.

I had the sincronizada on the lunch menu which was very rich in flavor. They also have decent horchata here.

The chips we got were also very good. They very busy when I went, so I think the food I didn't get is also very good.

I would highly recommend Los Tres Magueyes.

Los Tres Magueyes Mexican Restaurant is a great local chain to the greater Raleigh area that serves Mexican style cuisine.

The service is amazing and fast! This location sets the atmosphere to make it guests feel like they're in a Mexican cantina from the Old Wild West era.

I ordered the Chori Pollo burrito which came stuffed with grilled chicken and chorizo inside a burrito-sized flour tortilla, topped with queso and served with rice and salad or refried beans. The food was made fresh and very delicious.

I highly recommend Los Tres Magueyes to anybody looking for a quick, not too expensive, Mexican Restaurant.

Parking: Plenty of free parking is available surrounding the restaurant.
