If i could give zero stars, I would. This is one of the worst locations in Cary. Today I picked up an order. While at the counter, the lady tossed the bag at the counter and left. She just assumed it was my order. No acknowledgement our any type of greeting. Attitudes and customer service are absolutely disgusting The last time i order from this location, the was no food in the happy meal and i mcflurry was below the halfway point in the cup. I had to return to the drive through.

Adding to a previous review. This location is convenient to me, and I like McDonalds usually. However I have ordered 3 times in the last 3 weeks. 1st time. Ordered a bacon McDouble no onions. It had twice the normal amount of onions to include in between the patties mixed with the cheese. 2nd. Ordered 2 bacon McDoubles no onion. This time there was no onion, but there was also no bacon on either. 3rd. Dont care for the McRib but was free on promo. Ordered with no onions but got onions. Also ordered a strawberry milkshake. Got vanilla. This location is so inconsistent, and the idea of getting anyone to help you at the counter is a no go.
Walked in at 6:30 PM. No other customers dining in and not one single clean table. No one has said welcome or hello. Rarely have a good experience at this location.

Slowest McDonald’s of all time! Manager/Shift leader had terrible communication with the associates, repeating himself over and over. Kept telling customers “we’re doing the best we can”, obviously not true since other McDonald’s all over the area can get food right the first time and much quicker. Based on other reviews, I see here it looks like it’s time for a change in leadership at this McDonald’s.
Edit; at the top everything off this quick carry out McDonald’s stop that took nearly 30 minutes making me late… Once we got on the car and down the road, found out that they of course messed up the order.
