This is the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's and I have had some pretty bad experiences. I went through the drive through at about 9 o'clock at night to get my kid a kids meal and a couple of drinks. Not only was the person taking the order very short and rude with me when I asked for a diet coke they yelled at me no diet coke. We then got to the window and the person at the window after a while finally came to the window and shoved a bag at me that was not even my order and when I tried to tell them that it was not my order they got visibly flustered and walked away. Another person came over and was rude as I was trying to explain to them what I was supposed to have. They then closed the window and started messing with the computer, I'm guessing trying yo figure out what happened. I finally received the kids meal and i asked about the drinks that go with the order and was told no drinks by the first person that was at the window. I was then informed that the store didn't have sweet tea after they had already put it on the order. The second person then came over and I asked why did they take my order for sweet tea and then told me they didn't have it. They asked me what I would like instead then shoved the drink oit the window at me. My wife then checked the kids meal box to make sure it was right and the sauce was wrong so I asked for a ranch then got yelled at and told you only get the sauce you ordered. I then traded the wrong sauce for the ranch and they put it out the window so fast it dropped on the ground. The person the threw the new ranch at me. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Very disappointed. $1 for a water cup even if you order food.
I have 4 little kids and asked if they had a fountain or anything where I didn’t have to spend six dollars on water cups for my family.
The woman was very rude even though I was very considerate she didn’t care.
Thank you for putting corporate 1st instead of families.

This is a great standard McDonalds location. Food is what is expected. Fries are always perfectly salted, crispy, and hot. Burgers are always done well, perfect amount of sauce. Nuggets hit the spot. Location always has clean bathrooms, as would be expected for McDonalds. Always very happy with this location.

Great food and the ability to have order brought to the table is so convenient. This particular store is one of the few in the area that has a play place which is why I go there. My kids enjoy being able to eat and play.

Ordered Big Mac, Cheese burgers, all burgers came with burned rubber like stuffs inside of the meal. Do not go to this place. Or at least, check your burgers before eating. I am sending a complaint to corporate, this is unacceptable.
Im not one to leave a bad review but every single time I come to this McDonalds something goes wrong with my order or it takes ages to be given to me. I usually wouldn’t care about the wait but during my lunch breaks I only get 30 minutes and this place makes me wait longer than that…

Placed a mobile order and been waiting for the Drive through order since 10 mins. They asked to wait at the yellow line and serving the other customers. At least 4 customers got the order till now.. still waiting

I went to order after the lobby doors were locked and being closed when it should be open, so we went through the drive thru. After setting there and no greeting I said hello, the employee snapped back at me with can you wait a minute? I said you don’t have to worry, I’m not ordering here with rude people, and we pulled off. This place has gone to nothing. The whole establishment needs to be rebooted and they need to clean house with the employee’s to include management

Have visited this location several times with poor service and poor food quality from cold fries to 3 burger patties put on a bun in place of a double quarter pounder... the wait times are horrible...just got a burnt bun for my quarter pounder...had to go back in after 20 minutes in the drive thru gave me cold fries to go with my burnt sandwich ..my last visit at this location..truthfully horrible
