Line was not long but the wait was crazy...she took care of the 3 cars before me when it was my turn I sat for a couple minutes..she then started to take care of the car that pulled up next to me but was putting his order on my screen. We were trying to tell her what was happening and she snapped at the other car and then snapped at me when taking my order. I was not rude chalked it up to a bad day.Got my order and the drink size was wrong, the guy was nice and was making it right. When I went to get my drink it was a girl handing me the drink, I am in a very low sports car and it was 9pm, she was handing it to me carefully which I thought was odd but when I went to place it in my cup holder realized there was no lid as it spilled all over me and my dash board. When I turned around the guy was back in the window horrified handing me napkins and the lid saying he was sorry! The girl was walking off...the guy said something to her and when she spoke I recognized her voice as the one taking my order. Called and chatted with a shift manager that was nice and was wanting me to speak to the manager cause he stated this has happened before. Manager has yet to call back and it has been a week. I have never had this kind of service here before but I will not be going back and I have made calls to escalate this with McDonald's. If this is how they let their employees handle a bad day....well enough said.

The employees were so rude and they put together our order so slopy and slowly its like they didn't put any effort. The burger was falling apart. The drinks were half full. The fries were kind of burned and half full. I had okay experiences kn the past but today was the breaking point 1 STAR!!!!

Avoid at all cost! I pray every day that this place goes out of business. Then maybe something will take its place that is more useful… like a colonoscopy center. The owner doesn’t even care enough to answer reviews left on google, or to even try to improve the business! Avoid it!

It’s always a 50/50 chance with this place. You catch it at the right time , you get good service and food, and then there are nights like tonight where I been waiting to get my food for 20 minutes now at the drive thru reserved spot ( where now it’s normal practice so it goes to show you how slow and mismanaged it gets most times) My expectations have gotten so low that I get pleasantly, but sadly, surprised when the order is right AND the food comes out on time but it’s far and few times in between. As I sit here waiting for my food because it’s already paid for, there have been 5 cars that have left the line. It’s not just this place, but the majority of MCD’s are like this. Get out the business, release a cook book with your recipes , maybe sell the ingredients to the grocery stores and get out the fast food business because whatever good reputation you have has been steadily declining.

I frequent this location only because I have no other choice. They have been a disorganized mess for months and I thought they were improving and hiring new staff but I’m yet again disappointed. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a couple of fountain drinks. Get it together. Hire more staff and management needs to take a hard look at this location. The employees are very kind and I can tell they’re trying their best so I would never blame them, but whoever is managing this location needs to be fired.

This location has messed has messed up my order multiple times. I went in and told them and they casually picked up the bag, grabbed the rest of the food I ordered they had sitting out ready and just placed it in the bag and gave it back. It’s Fast food you are getting what you pay for nothing fancy.

The people working there were nice but the service is so slow this should not be considered fast food anymore. I hadn't been to a McDonald's in several years and can't believe how bad it's become. Also, I ordered a hamburger and they rang it in as a cheeseburger without cheese?

Went thru drive thru with a code . Get in line one car in front of me waited 8 minutes then get to the window only to find out by one of the staff they gave part of my order to the person in front of me. We ordered 2 happy meals one with nuggets one burger.plus an extra fries with each. No ranch dip with the nuggets and the burger was supposed to be plain and it had everything on it. No extra fries were with either meal. WOW .

They over charge me all the time and never want to refund me, then they never gave my order right, it’s not hard to listen to what I’m saying! Then you always have to wait on your food and it don’t be fresh. My order is always wrong!

The food, workers, and restaurant are all amazing and deserve 4-5 stars. But, the management is horrible. I usually come here after work around 9:30-10 (I order through mobile) and the drive through always takes a long time, today took around 30 minutes just waiting on the food. There were only 2 people working, but many costumers in line (Many left and canceled their orders). If there were more employees, this place would have better rating but unfortunately not.

they made 6 cars park and wait for food to be brought to our cars...i just ordered french fries and have been waiting for 15 minutes already....with none of the 3 cars ahead of me served
