Grace the lady at the drive thru is such a disrespectful lady. When I was ordering at the speaker and asked for a couple seconds she proceeded to say “hurry up because I have a lot to do” and kept on with her nasty attitude at the window. So unprofessional of her along with looking like she was under the influence or substance! Worst experience from any other McDonald visited!!

Excellent service and attention, whenever I buy a happy meal for my son they change the toy if it had previously come out, very kind... Regarding the food I have no complaints, it tastes the same as all McDonald's I can't find any difference.

Loooooooooooooong wait. It was Christmas Eve. Perhaps they were shortstaffed, but I literally have been sitting here for 22 minutes so far in my car and I still don’t have my food. I’m still here. I ordered fries and nuggets the stuff that should already be made.

I ordered curbside at 6:19. At 6:40 still no food. Literally only ordered a kids meal. I finally went inside to find people have been standing there waiting for their food for 20-45 minutes. Order wasn’t right. I ordered extra small reg coke. Got a large Diet Coke. No sorry or anything for none of the groups or myself. Absolutely out of control!
Update. I just drank my frappe. AND THERES SHARDS OF PLASTIC IN IT AND CUT MY THROAT!!!

Left a negative review about a year ago. Due to a new route to work decided to try again. NOTHING is better. Worse actually. Incompetent and rude employees who onviously don't know how to use the new app and code system. Don't expect to receive points for their overpriced food. Also be ready to be made to feel stupid when they can't enter the codes correctly that EVERY other McDonald's has ever had zero issue with. I think I'll start making my own breakfast and getting my coffee from Dunkin
