The chicken was extremely greasy. I spoke with the staff and asked them if the chicken is cooked fresh. The staff member stated that the chicken is cooked every so often and refilled into the grease prior to being served so that it is hot.
I wanted to give a shout-out to Andre for assisting me with coordinating a Brunch, Learn, & Secure the bag: FAFSA event for my students at The A&T Four Middle College. He was very responsive and ensured that the menu was a perfect fit for my students & families!
Kudos to Chris who made sure that the delivery & setup were on point! My parents and students raved about how good the food was.

I can honestly say I think I’ve found the chick-fil-a customer service outside of chick-fil-a! I was greeted and seated soon as I walked in. My server was super respectful and waited until I finished my zoom call. Desmond was knowledgeable of everything on the menu and suggested some delicious meals. Food was order and delivered less than maybe 5-7 mins. I received everything I needed without having to ask. Refills were brought to my table at the perfect time. I can’t wait...read full review
