I went to this McDonald’s on December 2nd around 4:00ish in the afternoon. Ordered what I always get, as I am a regular at this location due to its proximity to my home, which was a QPC large meal and a McCrispy large meal. I asked for them to be salted extra at the window, and was directed to a drive thru wait stop. I waited probably 10-15 minutes in the spot while they prepared my food, and when I got my food the fries had zero salt on them. So I go back around the drive-thru, explain that I got no salt on my fries and requested new ones, I go back through the drive thru line and explain my predicament to a good employee named Elliott. He offered to give me salt packets to which I just requested new fries, and after that I was handed a new bag of fries from a manager by the name of Emily, and as they were handed to Elliott the manager even said ‘these are the no salt fries’ as he passed them to me. So I sat there stunned for a moment because I had asked for extra salt, and it was only one fry instead of both for the meals I had purchased. I was yet again redirected to the takeout drive thru spot, and I sat for another 10-15 minutes before deciding that having to wait that long for new fries was ridiculous.

Normally if this was a once or twice situation that would be fine, but I’m going to this McDonald’s at least once a week. And this exact situation has happened 10 or so times over the past two months. This is frustrating because I’m spending money and either getting my fries ice cold without any salt, or warm without any salt. They took down their customer complaints phone number on the drive thru window, so I can only do this review.

I have been coming to this particular McDonald's for breakfast and coffee for the last several months since it is close to my job site. The folks at the front counter have been very courteous, helpful and efficient. I have never experienced this level of service at any other McDonald's. Keep up the good work!

Terrible service. Had to wait 15 minutes for a medium fry and 2 cookies. Cookies were fresh but the fries were cold as they were probably sitting in the bag for 15 minutes while the cookies were made. The fries were also not filled all the way. Employee couldn’t be bothered to apologize either. This was on my lunch break too so it was incredibly frustrating. Never coming back to this McDonald’s!!! Trash!!!

If the tell you to park in a spot after going through the drive through, be prepared to wait 15+ minutes. This has happened 3 times, and we don’t come here often. They obviously prioritize the drive through customers after they have your money and have you parked.

I like coming to this location because the staff is friendly, welcoming and go above and beyond. The food quality is solid. I took two stars for the atmosphere because it seems like one the owners is always there. He speaks very loud and is disruptive for those eating. There are frequent gatherings and meetings with loud attendants. I tried to avoid going during lunch time because the noise level feels like you are in a party you didn’t asked to attend.

Usually I do not have a problem with this location but obviously they are not equipped for lunch hour. When I drove up he repeated my total and I gave him cash. He said next time I came to be mindful of having 1 dollar bills in hand. I mean who says that??. You should be prepared for rush hour(lunch hour) how is that my problem? My quarter pounder was smothered in mayo(gross) no ketchup. No pickles and the most greasiest beef. Please do better!!!

Due to time constraints, I purchased two breakfast sets from McDonald's while on the go. Unfortunately, they contained only hotcakes—no sausage patties or eggs. It wasn’t until my son began eating during our journey that we realized the omission. Very disappointing.
