We've had difficulty with slow service here. Not sure if that's the server or the kitchen, but we sit in the bar area and it's happened several times. Also, they don't give you enough cheese for the pretzel bites and chips/toast with the spinach and artichoke dip. I recently got take out spinach and artichoke dip. When I got home the portion was so alarmingly small I weighed it and took a photo. Love their food, just mentioning so others can make informed decisions. Want to note follow up by management after posting was excellent! Gave me confidence in how much they care about the guest experience.

Drink Old Fashioned
Main Super Pepp Mellow red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, tangy peppers, dollops of seasoned ricotta cheese and a swirl of hot honey
The old fashioned was pretty tasty. I really liked the pizza. There is just something about the sweet and salty that I love with this. The ricotta cheese was nice and creamy. I loved the tangy peppers. They tasted like peppadews to me. The pizza was perfectly cooked. I was not disappointed. I traded one of my slices with a friend. He has the buffalo chicken pizza with ranch. It was also good.

The only complaint I have is the water used to make the lemonade makes it taste weird. Other than that food, atmosphere and staff were great! One of our favorite Mellow Mushroom locations! Would recommend!

The service here is always slow. Not sure why, we have ate here on 4 separate occasions due tonits convenience and its food is consistent with the same MM experience anywhere else but just be prepared for longer wait times even when the appear slow.

They recently removed our family's absolute favorite pizza anywhere, the Merry Prankster. 🤬 It was the only reason to endure the slow service here (both in the restaurant and takeout)
I'll revise my review if and when they resurrect it.
Enjoyed a couple of pizza pies and a spinach salad no feta with oil and vinegar. Great service, kept us aware of when the pizza was put in oven and about how long. Yummy but did take a bit before it came out.

Had the shiitake mushroom pizza and Kosmic Karma pizza at Mellow Mushroom and loved both. The ambience is beautiful, the pizzas were amazing, and the staff were very friendly. Shoutout to Jessy for being so warm and welcoming!

The food was good overall, but the service had an issue. Our waiter told us that our pizza would be taken off the bill due to a long wait time because it was forgotten. The manager later delivered the pizza to our table, but it was still charged on our bill. We were a bit disappointed since we were told it would be removed
