The kids used to love to eat here because the food was pretty good and they loved the pretzels. But every time we went the service was pretty bad. Super slow service (order, drinks, and finally the food), mistakes in order, and just not a great welcoming feel. We have since found another place to get our pizza fix. We have not been here in over a year. Hoping they turn it around because location is great for us.

Filthy! Stopped in yesterday afternoon but never actually got to eat, was not busy at all.. server tried to seat us at a filthy table, then when I said NOPE, tried a different but equally as filthy second table and then of course the ‘indignant look’ when I left. MM used to be my favorite and so having recently moved to the area was looking forward to it. Alas will not set foot in this MM ever again.

I was here one day for my mom's birthday and she wasn't too hungry at the time so she asked for the desert to come out first and confirmed with the waiter that it would. Almost an hour later and no desert and the food was taking forever to come out. We ended up asking for them to cancel it but I think something was just off that day, just not enough to mess up a simple request

Ordered take out from the Cary location. Check your salads before you leave. When my husband got home and I unpacked my spinach salad it was ridiculous how little salad I got and I ordered the Regular (full size) salad. Paid $10+ for the smallest salad. This is my go to so I know how much comes with this order. Very disappointing.

The food was good. Pizza is good, especially if you like a lot of crust. Very doughy, yet tasty! However, if you are not a big crust lover.. you may feel a great portion of the pizza goes to waste! Service was good!!!

I hate to write bad reviews and I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I really just recommend not coming here until they fix their service issues. We came two weeks in a row, both times for early dinner before it's all that crowded. We already knew what we wanted so we ordered all the food with our drinks and we still waited 1.5 hours. We saw people who came in after us getting food before us. We also ordered food for our 18 month old and requested if they could prioritize that, but even that took almost an hour. I feel bad for the wait staff because it seems like all the problems are in the kitchen. There's plenty of people working back there, but I honestly have no idea how it can take so long to make a pizza. The first time we went the manager told us they dropped the pizza and they would make a new one and that it would only take 10-15 minutes which was true, however, why did it still take over an hour the first time.All that being said, the food quality is still good, just not worth the wait at all. Reading other reviews, it seems that there's new management as of a few months ago, but I would have imagined they could have fixed these issues by now.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is not bad
