We have placed dozens of orders at the Moes on Arco St in Cary. Tonight we went in to pick up a to go order after ordering through the app. Apparantly the order was stolen from another customer before we arrived to pick it up. The employee working was silent when we asked if we if they would remake the order or offer a refund. She would ignore us when we asked her a question. We ended up just leaving with no resolution. I’ll just have to dispute the charges on our credit card.

found a hair in my bowl as soon as i opened the lid. reached out to the GM who has since not responded to my emails. gave the opportunity to make it right, which they did not. will not be returning to this location.

After my previous positive review, we returned and wanted to update. They are very efficient, but the 2 ladies who work there most of the time are not very friendly and borderline grouchy. It’s a shame because they put a good bowl and burrito together. A friendly smile and hello goes a long way.
This Moe’s is the best in the Apex/Cary area. The staff is very efficient, the portion size is perfect, they actually clean the tables and do so with with soapy water. It’s nice to walk into a Moe’s that’s top notch. Only negative this visit was it was freezing and the music was too loud. Other than that, it was great!

This is my family's go-to Moes and it has been very consistent and better run than most other locations. They have a fair stable crew now and portions are generous and well prepared. We avoid other Moe's since they are always disappointing when compared with this one. Their AC was out but fixed now. Get their app - great deals are found there and a generous rewards program.
