Ripping people off during economic crisis is not the answer for a successful business
I was served 2 ounces of chicken and charged $17. The dish probably cost 3 dollars. I understand you have to pay the rent and employees but still take a loss now if you want to maintain your business that’s a shame to serve something like that.
I will never return to your restaurant as well many people I spoke already with.

this is my go to pho place, i am a regular and although it takes awhile to get your food sometimes depending on whether it’s busy or not the quality of their food is delicious. the workers are very nice as well.

Took over an hour to get our food. A heads up to let us know that food is taking awhile to come out would have been appreciated.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We waited over an hour and didn’t receive a single dish, not even our appetizers. To make matters worse, two tables that arrived after us were served their full meals while we sat there with empty plates and glasses. The waiter barely checked on us, leaving our drinks empty the entire time. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.

We left after waiting over an hour for simply our appetizer. They didn’t even check up on us or fill our drinks a single time. Sad service.

We ordered 15 minutes after arriving, waited an hour, didn't get any food or water refills, no check ups, two tables that came 40 minutes after got their food and appetizers before us. Unacceptable either hire more staff or learn how to run a restaurant

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. We waited over an hour and never got a single dish—not even the appetizers we ordered. Meanwhile, two tables that came in at least 30 minutes after us received both their appetizers and main course. Our waiter completely neglected us, leaving our cups empty for most of the time. The lack of attention and terrible service were beyond frustrating. I can’t recommend this place to anyone—such a waste of time!

My total bill and tip was $71 but the restaurant charged $81 from my card

We came expecting some good Vietnamese food, unfortunately our experience wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. I ordered the pho, I usually expect more broth but the portion was underwhelming due to the bowl size being small. The meat was very chewy and not flavorful or tender. The server was nice, but we didn’t get any drink refills and it was very slow. It also took over 20 minutes to get the card back. I think this restaurant would benefit more from customers paying directly at the counter. I’m willing to give this place another try because I understand when places are busy and not able to do their best.

Have been eating here for years and our experience has always been great. Amazing food and friendly services. Definitely my no.1 place to go for vietnamese food in the triangle!!

the food is good, but it's way .. way over salted. I recently found out, that I have high blood pressure , and I'm on meds for it. There is no reason why they should use so much salt. it's better to have less. and let the customer add more if they want. My hands and fingers are swollen and in pain, from all the sodium they use. PLEASE STOP, using so much salt. it's also a HEALTH HAZARD. I won't be able to return to this place.
