Great customer service and delicious food!
I understand that mistakes happen. I ordered delivery through the app, and was missing part of my order. I called the restaurant, then my son to go pick up the missing food. Upon his arrival, he was told they were out of chicken & rice soup. THAT'S the annoying part. I would not have called him had I been told that initially. Please do better when it comes to customer service!
Last visit to Panera Bread. For the past year I have made several visits, sometimes daily to Panera and I get the exact same thing. Hot Chai latte, almond milk, shot of espresso and a little extra Chai....every time. So much so it is on my rewards account. They often even know what I want because it is noted.
