I ordered for the first time at this location through their app and there was no indication that it was going to be delivered via DoorDash. I called the store 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and they told me that DoorDash must have stolen my pizza.
Friendly staff fast service

I ordered my pizza and it was told to me that it was done and when I got there even late, they hadn’t even started. This store is always so poorly under staffed. This is not the first time that this has happened on a Sunday this football season. The ownership needs to assess how they run this business. I don’t think I’ll ever come to this one again and I like Papa John’s better than Marcos and Dominos. But I can’t take waiting for 30 minutes over and again.

My experience is from the perspective of a Door Dash driver. I'm sure the pizza and wings are fine, but the service was deplorable - orders were stacking up and the location was filling up with customers and delivery drivers. Maybe they don't have enough workers and/or equipment to keep up on a busy Thursday night. It was like a circus.
I had two orders to pick up. The first one was nearly ready when I arrived. For the second order, I have no clue. Someone mentioned that the pizza was out, and I heard them call out that the next batch of wings would be for my customer. That was after at least a 20 minute wait. Ten minutes later, still no wings.
So 35+ minutes of waiting with no food - and no communication. One of the workers allowed me access to the warming rack to put my first order back. Later, I stepped back toward the rack just to get a peek, and the manager, Brian, went berserk. Ten or so minutes later, I asked for only the third time about the order; this time he accused me of harassment and asked me to leave the establishment, which I did.
This whole situation could have been prevented, had the manager or any of the employees given any eye contact or acknowledgment that there were people waiting; and to provide an update on any of the orders. But that was not the case. Like I said, it was a circus. The manager, whose sole function appeared to be peeling stickers and applying them to cardboard boxes, could benefit from anger management training and from training in basic social skills.
But good things can come from bad. Going forward, we have joined fellow DoorDashers and UberEats drivers in avoiding Papa John's like the plague. We lost revenue waiting over 30 minutes for nothing.
PostScript: shortly after this incident, I called the store and spoke to the manager for the purpose of getting his name that I might include in this review. Shortly afterwards, he called me back and threatened me with trespassing charges if I ever returned to that location.
Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.

Pizza is fine but the service is terrible. The guy serving is not nice or welcoming. Give people a smile- it does not hurt. And do not be rude

Ordered well done pizza and wings- over an hour later, received order. Neither wings or the pizza was well done. Had pizza delivered, and no seal on either item, how would you trust this…
Called store to report, was told that well done orders were not happening due to being busy. I asked why, and reply was “I just work here”. Customer service stinks and now food is terrible

I ordered pizzas “as soon as possible” ad left my house when the website said it’s ready. When I reached the store I figured out they didn’t even start to make them. I was waiting them in a store for 45 min.
I was driving doordash and had to pick up multiple orders from this location. There was an employee working the whole night by himself whose name was ironically John. This dude was killing it. My orders were always ready to pick up or just coming out of the oven when I arrived. They had the car smelling so good we decided to order one for dinner to take home. It was perfectly cooked and piping hot. Props to John who was holding that place down solo.

I love their original crust pizza—it’s consistently delicious. The location on Green Level Church Road is super convenient, and takeout orders are usually ready right when promised. Just be sure to order early during big events or weekends, as it can get extremely busy and wait times spike.

Ordered 2 pizzas: thin crust Hawaiian and a pan The Works. The pineapple on the Hawaiian looked pale and sad, and they didn't bother to cut the pizza. The Works was so undercooked that the cheese was barely melted, and the dough wasn't cooked through. Going back to DOMINOES
