Overall, good vibes here. Awesome music, solid drink selection draft and bottle, and good staff.

Best place in town for a beer. It's relaxed and laid back... not pretentious. It doesnt attract NPCs (fake people you only see on reality shows). Been coming for years and the staff are very cool. Please no more yacht rock Saturdays…?🤭

It was an interesting place to stop in. It was a little warm so we didn't stay long.
Another great downtown neighborhood bar. Extensive beer and wine menu as well as coolers full of more varieties … huge windows open to the street, seating everywhere, inside, out to the street as well as an additional garden in the back. Giving easy going, chill gathering place vibe …
A very modern beer+bottle shop combo, the shop doesn't have a wide selection but the actual drafts are where it's at!
If you want to visit “old” Cary this is the place. This is a great bar housed in the former Mitchell’s Pharmacy building. Prior to that it was Carolina Pharmacy dating back into the 1950s. There is a great selection of on tap beers. The atmosphere is perfect, especially when it is warm enough to open the huge front windows. Sarah knows everyone who comes through the door and it is very welcoming!
No changing tables!
A centrally located, amazing bar that has zero changing tables. We love the location, the beer selection, the access to local restaurants, and service, all good!! With the park and walkability, we have to come only to hope for no accidents from our 1 and 3 year old. Is that on purpose?
Kid-friendliness: No changing tables for littles

Part of me wants to give 1 star for the very loud and very frustrated bartender. If you are reading this and know exactly who I mean, then don’t you think that’s a problem? It occurred to me immediately after I ordered that you wanted me to say the number on the board and not the name of the beer. I’m SORRY. It clearly, visibly, upset you and I am genuinely sorry that I didn’t act accordingly. Not only that but you took my girlfriend’s order walked away and didn’t take mine until you came back. Clearly wanted us to say everything right at the beginning, but I didn’t feel as comfortable yelling across the bar as you are. Then yelled at me to MOVE OVER KEEP IT MOVIN!, While I signed the check. Which I did immediately, but the damage was done. These repetitive interactions clearly make you think people like me are idiots and the worst. However I don’t like feeling like that in what should be a fairly simple exchange. Though it was extremely busy today what with the cheese festival and all. I tipped $10 on three beers despite all that, which I don’t regret at all because I still feel for you. Also, I know it’s a bar so there should be only adults. But when you yell HAPPY F***ING SATURDAY, you should know there were like 4 kids under 5 years old standing right there in earshot on the sidewalk. I know you are frustrated, but emoting that hard can and does affect people around you. Despite that rattling me harder than it should I don’t think it’s fair to give this establishment a low score. They are pouring good beer and it’s a great spot. Good place for dogs and sitting for a beer or two. 4 stars

I absolutely loved my first but not only time at Pharmacy Bottle + Beverage. The bartenders were so kind and provided such wonderful recommendations. I love that you can bring in your own food and just chill. It was such a wonderful and warm atmosphere with people from various ages and backgrounds. I can see bringing my book, having a sip, and sitting here watching the people walk by. It's definitely a great chill spot. This time around, I ordered their sour beer on tap, and it was super refreshing and light!I can't wait to come back and try some more! This will be on my list going forward! A must when in Cary!

We absolutely love this space. Such a cool old building, great place to bring friends. I would love to see another cider on tap (currently one at a time) and more local ciders since there are so many options. Austin East ciders is great but there are better small options like Trinity Cider (from Deep Ellum) and Red Clay (from Charlotte). Like I said, we love pharmacy but as as a person who can't drink beer I would love to see a few more options, maybe even gluten free beer. We won't stop coming here though. Great place for local beer.

“Sorry, we don’t do samples”. Not a great way to make a first impression. I wont be back.
