This use to be one of our favorite restaurants in the area. However, the service & waitress is horrible!! I believe her name is AMY!! She is racist, unprofessional, & poor customer service. She also messed up our check & instead of taking accountability, she walked to the back. No management was found or did they resolve our issues. I always have a problem with this lady. She has never been mistreated by us & has always been tipped even with her attitude & bad customer service! What takes the cake is that we were the only people there & she still acted like we weren’t. I had to get up & ask for soy sauce, sugar, & a refill of my drink. She never came to check on us, offer anything, & the so called “manager” said nothing!! The food is outstanding but avoid this lady at all costs if you want to enjoy your meal. No need in complaining about the service. Nothing will get done. Go to the RALEIGH location for a better experience for your time & money.

Food was terrible.. we pick up the food today that's veg red curry and spicy magnolia chicken.. one of most unflavored thai food we ever ate, no spicy either even instrcuted to be mild spicy. Curry hardly had any curry in it. Food was just full of oil. Only thing which tasted fine was Shushi roll.

Food we ordered is good. Parking is a bit hard to find. Just an FYI I didn't see any difference between the sesame chicken and orange chicken except that sesame chicken has sesame sprinkled and in orange chicken some orange peel, the sauce and the rest is same.

My recent dining experience was unfortunately, one I'd rather forget. While I try to be understanding of occasional hiccups, the issues I encountered were simply unacceptable. The service was noticeably slow, and the quality of the food itself was disappointing. I was dining with 2 children and ended up having to ask for everything or get up and assist myself for what we needed (including kids chopsticks and the check) and there were only 2 other patrons in the restaurant. However, the most egregious offense occurred when I discovered a long, obvious hair on my plate. After pointing it out to the server, she removed the hair and, instead of addressing the issue, spoke with the manager. To my astonishment, they returned and the waitress stated that I simply didn't like the food. When I reiterated that there was a hair on the plate, they both feigned ignorance. The waitress's reaction was particularly dismissive, acting as if he hadn't seen the hair at all. She literally shrugged when I asked her did she not take it off of the plate. Even more shocking, despite this unsanitary and frankly disgusting experience, I was charged full price for the meal and told they couldn't comp anything because one roll was already free. This complete lack of accountability and disregard for basic hygiene standards leaves me no choice but to share my experience. Will not be returning.

Ordered some carry-out. Have to say the food was terrible and one of the worst in the area. The entree was $20, which I think even worse than $8 lunch special in smaller carry-out restaurant. It lacked quality control and dedication. Really sucks.
