We LOVE Ritas! We moved here from Philly a couple decades ago and are delighted to have this Ritas in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The flavors of water ice are yummy! I highly recommend you come here as often as you can!
Very rude customer service. Young girl with glasses were very rude and not greet guest upon arrival

Delicious cold treats, so many great flavors
Poor Customer Service.
Me and the family were going to grab dessert after dinner tonight. It was getting late but we got there at 9:45pm. According to their website they were open till 10pm. The door was locked and the stools were on the counter, but the open sign was on but they were closed. If they indicated they closed earlier I would have no problem but they indicated they were going to be open and were not and it looked like they had been closing up for awhile. Which is why I don't think they care about customer service as they basically lied to their customers.
The ice cream here is great! Chloe also has great customer service; get her a raise!
I had never had Italian Ice before trying Rita's. I had the Passonfruit Paloma flavor in a kids cup and it was delicious and refreshing. I tried the actual custard but it wasn't my favorite. It was too thick for me and reminded me of cake icing but just cold. I would revisit to try their other selections on a hot day.

So good… I had some when I was in Philadelphia. So I brought my kids to this location we enjoyed it, wish they had pretzels tho lol definitely coming again 👍🏼
Italian ice a little on soft side
It reminds me of the ice-cream trucks in NY definitely worthy of the hype
