Ruckus Pizza, Pasta and Spirits

Amazing customer service! We wanted to try to have a team dinner but they were already going to be full so they said they could bring it to us and catered at our hotel, they even checked with the hotel to make sure it would be ok. They did all of this in less than 24 hours and the food was also delicious. So wonderful to work with!!!

The wait was long but we didn't have anywhere to be. Those rangoons were *chef's kiss*. I should have ordered a drink. The quesadillas were big and filling! Will revisit.

I’m leaving a review after a takeout order, but I’ve eaten here many times as well our church using their catering service multiple times. The food is always fresh, delicious and pleasing to the eye. Their wait staff is consistently friendly and efficient. I love it when the chef/kitchen stops by to check on your food. I frequent the Cary location the most. I consider Ruckus to be on of my go to restaurants.

We had Ruckus cater our daughter's wedding. They did an INCREDIBLE job! First, we were honored to get the owner (Robert) and the catering manager (Britton) as the two working the event. They got there early and set up the chafing dishes, plates, cups, labels, etc., we had brought. We had ordered a range of food - appetizers, salads, pastas, and pizza. All the food was delicious; we got nothing but compliments. With their food, served in chafing dishes on tables with tablecloths, and Britton there to refill and greet, it truly looked like a professionally catered event. And it has been my experience at weddings people prefer comfort food. The price was considerably less than other caterers we priced. The night was perfect, and Ruckus had a large part to do with that.

An extra shoutout to Britton, the catering manager. She truly
made us feel our event was extremely important to her. She was
tremendously responsive; She was always willing to meet with us, walk through what we wanted, answer any questions we had, etc. She was always smiling, and offered help as we attempted to clean up after the reception. She was fantastic.
