Ruckus has a relaxed atmosphere, where you can kick back and enjoy your time. The food really hits the spot. It is flavorful and good quality and the prices are great! The staff is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Not to mention the rewards program is really good.

Our server was very helpful, but it felt like the kitchen was having a rough night. Lost our appetizer ticket and they also ran out of gluten-free pasta and didn't alert the wait staff so we had to make a ladt minute change. It felt like our order took longer to come out than it should have which was >30 minutes. Since this was our only experience it might not be a great representation of the restaurant, so I don't want to throw too much shade on the experience because...

Amazing customer service! We wanted to try to have a team dinner but they were already going to be full so they said they could bring it to us and catered at our hotel, they even checked with the hotel to make sure it would be ok. They did all of this in less than 24 hours and the food was also delicious. So wonderful to work with!!!
