Shinmai Kumo is a hidden gem with spectacular food. The limited time sandos were very delicious, with nice and fluffy bread. The egg soufflé sandwich served on milk bread is a 10/10—the egg has a soft texture yet stays together. The egg soufflé and beef stew are a 3 punch knockout in presentation, texture, and taste. The omurice was enjoyed, but the yuzu matcha was bland, with matcha not tasting strong and little yuzu flavor. Everything ordered was cooked perfectly, with super fresh veggies. The service is exceptional, with an owner who is very nice and staff going above and beyond.
