never tried Uzbek food before! It was a wonderful first experience. The food is so good and taste incredibly authentic, even if I’ve never had it. I’m hoping that it is. The service was pretty slow, but my friends and I were so busy chatting and having a good time over great food that it didn’t really matter.

Excellent food! I've tried Uzbek cuisine before, and this is some of the best I've had in the US. Standouts are the Plov (a rice dish with beef and carrots), the Samsa (buttery pastry with savory fillings), and the Laghman (central asian stir fried noodles). Expensive, but to be fair to them there aren't exactly many Uzbek restaurants here.
