Refreshing salad with succulent veggies and creamy dressing. Samsa has a perfectly baked crispy crust and juicy lamb fillings. The tomato tipping sauce is aromatic, flavorful, and it’s a great balance to Samsa. Manti always my favorite! Delicious and huge!

Very good food and unique ambiance. We really like the lamb shashlik.
Food taste wise is bland except for salt which felt excessive.
Portion size is on the smaller side and feels pricey.
The texture of the lamb was dry and honestly kind of tough
The pastry with lamb is good; we should just have ordered 5 servings of that

This was phenomenal. We started with the Khachapuri, which was perfect. That was some of the best bread I ever had in my life, and the egg complemented it so well. It was much lighter than it looks in the photos you see online.
We then each ordered the plov, considering it is the national dish of Uzbekistan. I wanted to try the spicy lagman, but that will wait until next time. The plov was outstanding. The lamb was perfect, and, again, it felt light! We were full, but it was not in a way that felt like we ate too much heavy food.
I’ll be back for the lagman next weekend. This place is awesome. Go there now.

Silk Road Uzbek Cuisine is such a treat. The food tastes so fresh, full of flavor, and made with real care. There are so many interesting and exciting dishes to try that it’s impossible to get bored. Honestly, it’s the perfect place to put an end to that nightly struggle of “what should we eat?”—because whatever you choose here, you’ll leave happy and full. Yummy 🤤

Tried Uzbek food for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious and flavorful! We had the khachapuri, chicken kebab, naan, manti, and chicken samsa. The meat was so juicy and tender. Loved the food!

If you haven’t tried Silk Road yet, you’re missing out. We stumbled in and had the best experience. Our server, Naile, gently steered us away from ordering a gyro and suggested we try something more authentic—and I’m so glad we listened.
The appetizer she picked was flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. Every bite felt homemade, like eating in someone’s kitchen rather than a restaurant. I’ve traveled a lot, and this place gave me that same cozy, tucked-away vibe you find in little hidden spots abroad.
Absolutely worth a visit. That’s my two cents—you’ll have to decide for yourself.
