Do not go here if you are a kid. I went here with my friend to get a refreshing drink, and I ordered, but I waited. I waited for an exceedingly long amount of time like 40 minutes, then 4 people walked in, ordered, and got their order in less than 10 minutes, while I've been sitting there for more than an hour at this point. Once the entire store was empty with only me sitting there waiting, the person asked me what I want, and I said that I've already ordered an hour ago and they were unphased, just acting like I wasn't a customer. I don't think the staff really thinks a kid counts as a customer even though I already paid for my drinks. Horrible customer service.
It seems I hadn't learned my lesson and I went there again. I ordered my drinks, but then I had to go home and I was in a rush. I asked for a refund, (mind that I'm a kid who paid in cash) and they said that my refund, will BE HERE IN 2-3 BUISSNESS DAYS. Mind you AGAIN, I'm a KID who PAID IN CASH, and they DIDN'T GIVE US A RECEIPT.
Never go to SipCha if you are a kid, because they won't treat you like a real customer, but just as a nuisance.

Would have never visited this place as not a bobba fan. But my daughter dragged me here and loved the rolled up icecream here. Also tried the mochi waffle and it was delicious! Green tea heaven was delicious!

SipCha is fantastic! The tea is fresh and flavorful, and the boba pearls are always perfectly sweet and chewy. I'm obsessed with their fruit tea series. The space is modern, clean, and a great place to hang out. Friendly staff and consistent quality keep me coming back.

Amazing and really friendly service at Sipcha. I managed to pick out the signature Sipcha boba tea. The boba pearls are cooked to perfection with a nice soft touch but yet still a small chew to it. Overall if you are looking for a affordable boba place I would highly encourage paying a visit to this wonderful place. 🧋

The strawberry matcha is one of the best :) the fresh strawberries and rich matcha work soo well together!! Everything I’ve tried here is delicious, and staff are super nice and helpful. Thanks for letting me study here on my work breaks ☺️
