Just happened to look up for a second and saw the white lady with the long braid in the back trying to have a staring contest with me. She was just staring and being nasty for absolutely no reason. Apparently you can’t look at them or they get offended.

Was told that ordering a tall cup of whipped cream/pup cup “messed with their stock” and was threatened/told next time I come I cannot ask for one. Absolutely ridiculous to treat a customer like that and not go above and beyond. Do not come to this location.
The drinks for fall are delicious! The. Strawberry Crème Frappuccino was also great!

Terrible experience and customer service through the drive through. Placed a mobile order about 5 minutes before we arrived. Keep in mind, there is not a soul in line in the drive through. We pull up to the window and the employee proceeds to berate us for using the mobile app and expecting it to be ready immediately (we weren’t). She would not seem to let it go even after I apologized twice for getting in line “too soon” (?) Would I have gotten yelled at if I had just ordered the drink at the window?????? If anything they got extra time to make my drinks especially considering no one else was in the store or the drive through. I’ve never been made to feel like the bad guy for ordering coffee but I guess there’s a first for everything.

I've been coming here on my lunch break and after work for their Refresher drinks. There about 12 different folks on staff throughout the day, and I'm always touched by their friendliness. I've been learning their names and it always makes me smile when they know mine and remember my order.
I have really lovely talks with different team members every day I drive through. This is my go-to Starbucks and while I love the drink - I think I keep going back because the people here are just really good peoples. A very big thank you to everyone at this location - you guys make great drinks and always light up my day. <3

I place my order on the mobile app.
The staff do not read the order on the label. I ask for light ice and I normally get regular ice. I have had to contact customer service on numerous occasions, and of course they tell you to ask the barista to remake it. I have done so a couple of times, however I have gotten attitude from the barista. Also, I don’t have time to wait, that’s why I place the order in the mobile app.

This is one of my go-to Starbucks and I typically do the drive through. Service is quick and efficient. And I have had some of the friendliest and kindest interactions with employees at the window, who have brightened my day!
Literally the rudest female employee at the time of order. Spur of the moment decision we wanted coffee, understand it’s going to take a few to make. It was no issue whatsoever, as we’re out on a date and just enjoying the time and there was no one in line behind us . But she made it a point to tell me next time to order farther in advance! Which I’m a frequent flyer to Starbucks and most of the time do, but like I said spur of the moment coffee stop! I can understand if I was expecting it to be ready as soon as I drove up but nothing was said. I just didn’t appreciate the attitude, but I guess it’s Cary so what was I expecting!
The guy who made our drinks and handed them to us, great! They taste wonderful!

This is my fiancé and I’s go-to SB location, but I had such a particularly positive customer interaction yesterday I wanted to leave a review.
My order would’ve been right around midday shift yesterday but the girl at the window and the shift lead were so beyond kind and personable. I’ve been only able to leave home for doctor’s appts for my chronic condition and stopping by SB is my one interaction with the “outside world”
After a particularly awful appt yesterday morning, the interaction I had with both partners truly made my day! I was so touched by their kindness and giggles, I know the corporate side of SB is becoming more driven on cutting down hours/re-centering focus from the true ethos it had before about the partner AND customer experience but I’m grateful they took a moment and chatted with me. Thank you so much for your kindness!! Will definitely be back for more but hope to have the pleasure of seeing you two again!

Came by to pick up an online order. I stood waiting while the barista with the blonde hair, glasses and a beanie just stood there going through his phone and giggling with his co-worker. Didn’t acknowledge my existence. Just rude. Been coming here for years and this new staff is atrocious. Won’t be returning.

Never been here before, was just passing through, and not surprised to see other recent reviews complaining about the awful customer service. One of the employees actually referred me to another business. After the experience at this store, I will forgo Starbucks anywhere else.

My brother came here to pick up food (he is a child) and got cussed at by a worker!! Highly unprofessional, rude, and should be fired.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came to this location twice and they messed up my drink both times. But on top of that they told me that I will not always get my Starbucks drink consistent but I get my drink consistent every other location. So I will not be back. I can even drink my drink it’s not drinkable. I’m so unsatisfied.

management kills the vibe here.. they put up signs saying free things then when you try to get them, they say, oh not for ALL starbucks rewards members.. however this is never on the sign.. I usually see managers just sitting around and not working.
