Unfortunately for me, this location is often times on the way and convenient. However, barring time we try our best to go to other locations. It baffles me how bad this location is even under new management. My drink is a brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam, we’ve tried so many times and I’m not sure what they do but it’s always bad. They even get drinks wrong, frequently. Today, my husband ordered a black coffee no classic or cream add cold foam, he received a peppermint mocha. I seriously can’t make this up.

Ordered a coffee and a bagel through Uber Eats. My coffee was great, but there was a blue date sticker, which my bagel was warmed up with. Was able to receive a refund for it through Uber, but it's disappointing that this blue sticker was as missed.

TRULY stunning drive-thru service at 7:40 AT NIGHT. The workers were somehow enthusiastic at such a late time for coffee. The worker over the intercom was so upbeat and confirming about my order. Like they made me feel not as wildly awkward about ordering coffee at 8pm !! Also to Boman, the worker making entertaining convo with me while waiting for my caramel Frappuccino, your tattoos are fire and your service is superb for so late in the afternoon.
Hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Triangle. Everyone is so kind. Whenever I stop in the mornings, their enthusiasm and kind words mean so much starting the day. And they make great drinks!

I love this location! Every time I come here everyone is so nice and polite and I get my order quickly. There's a good amount of outdoor seating and sale inside seating too if you get lucky and snag a spot.
