This is my favorite Starbucks in Cary. Staff is friendly. It has decent seating space.

I've been going to this Starbucks for as long as I can remember, the service has always been excellent. They get through drive thru lines that stretch across the parking lot in a matter of minutes. The baristas are always lovely and a well timed compliment has made my day on many occasions.

Coffee and bagley were very good. However, it was very noisy inside, seems everyone tried to talk over one another.

I was at this location and i asked for ice she said No not allowed to give out ice i would pay i told her i have lupus means allergic to the sun heat took me out in the parking lot Bojangles next door cane and help gave me ice for my Pedialyte doctors told to drink it but not hot so anyway Starbucks what in the world 104 right now while texting this out hope no one dies from lack of ice or water in these temperatures and pray you dont have a health problem cause nothing cold to drink could have been my life fact no ice allowed first I've ever heard of this no customer service here

This location has to be the most money hungry one… came in today to get a cup of ice… I was told that I would have to purchase something just to get ice lol every other location is free though smh. This location won’t get a dollar from me 🫶🏽

My latte is fine, no one looked up to greet me when I came in. That kind of turned me off. Other than that, latte was good.

Pretty typical Starbucks. Glad to say it has gotten much cleaner over the last few months and the team are working much better than in the past. Staff are pretty friendly. Lots of people mention the slow service, that is a company wide issue with Starbucks since they prioritize drive thru, then app orders. If you actually walk in to order your drink will always be last made. Hate that - if a person actually takes time to come in to building they should be first.

This review is solely on my drink and NOT the store. That new Cran- merry orange lemonade refresher is AWFUL!! It hurt my feelings when I got my drink. In my opinion that is the worst drink I ever tasted next to the pink drink. That combo along with the spices makes me think I'm drinking dirt. And I never ate dirt before. Just the particles in my mouth. OMG!!! But I do love Starbucks.

This was my favorite Starbucks they hired this new girl and she makes your coffee taste like a cup of milk she needs to be better trained for sure… in response to your message she remade it 3 times and claims it’s the recipe, however, everyone else’s taste amazing but hers, theirs no point in remaking something if it’s obviously a training issue
