This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. Excellent customer service and amazing dedication to their jobs
The customer service here is so great. The employees are so friendly and kind and I always feel happy when I leave. I have never once had a bad experience here and even when there are mistakes the employees are so understanding and always fix it immediately. Y’all are doing such a good job! :)
I really like the Starbucks in Harris Teeter! They are friendly and great staff. They are technically Harris Teeter employees, but they do the Starbucks stuff really well. I spilled my drink once and came back in to order a replacement and they remembered me, what I ordered, and replaced my drink for free even though it wasn't at all their fault.
