I come to this location with a friend of mine once a week, every week after our shared class.
We always see Nancy. We’ve observed a few things about her over the weeks. She’s always smiling while she’s working. She’s one of the most patient people i’ve ever met while she takes our orders and sometimes we don’t know what we want. She always greats us with a smile and something along the lines of “You're back!!”

To the employees that were working the morning of 10/5/24…….I went to pick up my order and realized I ordered at the wrong Starbucks but the employees made my breakfast sandwich and chai tea for no charge. I was headed to work at the veterinary hospital across the street. You all were amazing and made my day. Thank you from a very tired veterinary nurse! ??
