I truly do not understand how this Starbucks has a three star review because it should be a five out of five review. I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and they are the best Starbucks that I’ve been to.

I want to give the male employee who was on drive thru - register at 12 PM today His flowers. He made the best latte that I’ve ever had from Starbucks to be honest and that is exactly why I’m leaving this review, he made my drink perfectly. He is the best barista there, in my opinion.

If y’all trying to go to a real Starbucks, come to this one!!

Customer service was not the best. Seems like she had a slight attitude. I sat my bags on the counter so I could get the list of drinks & my wallet. I didn’t see the tip jar that was attached to the counter with velcro, so when I sat my 2 bags down, it slightly moved it. She snatched up the tip container & placed it firmly back on the Velcro. She almost knocked my bags over to secure it. I told her I was sorry, I didn’t see it. Mind you, no tips were in the jar. 1 drink was disgustingly terrible. I asked for a strawberry refresher with raspberry syrup. She replied and said it would only be lemonade and raspberry syrup. I said that’s fine. I took the 4 drinks and pastries. When I got to work, my staff member was frowning & gagging. I asked what’s wrong, and she held up the drink. It was DARKKKKKK red. The barista put A LOT of raspberry syrup in it!!! The cup label said 4 pumps. In a grande lemonade full of ice! It tasted like cough syrup. We threw it away. I didn’t drive back over. I was going to have it replaced but time didn’t permit. Won’t be returning to this Starbucks.

I’m normally a Dunkin girly for my iced coffee. I was in Harris Teeter and felt like trying a cold coffee from Starbucks. I told Darren what I normally get and he created the drink that I think beats Dunkin hands down! Thank you for the exceptional customer service, great job on my drink!

Stopped for a quick pick me up. Barista recommended iced latte that tastes like Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Mmmmmmmm. It really hit the spot! For a chain, this Starbucks really hits the mark.

This Starbucks does not redeem star rewards less than 150 stars for a free drink (no 25 stars for an upgrade or 50 stars for a plain coffee or tea). Many in-store Starbucks locations have this same policy, which is not a problem. What frustrated me was that the employee at the register said that I could redeem 50 stars for a hot tea when I asked before ordering. When she scanned my app, the reward did not process. After she belittled me in front of a growing line, asking why I expected them to "give away tea for free," I ended up paying for the drink that I expected to get with rewards—and to make it worse, it wasn't even the kind of tea that I had ordered in the first place.

I decided to stop by Starbucks before work and get an iced honey Oatmilk latte. When I got to the window she asked me what I ordered. I told her a large iced honey Oatmilk latte. She then proceeded to hand me a hot one. I told her it was an iced venti. She asked me three more times to be sure. Then they handed me a grande latte. I told them it was still wrong but it was fine because I had to go. I was asked multiple times about my drink, I said iced and venti each time. I think she also charged me for a venti but gave me grande.

It's been a couple years since my last bad experience here, and I've had a few pleasant visits, but they really nail the less than decent customer service. This is not the time to be serving poor customer service or rude and snarky attitudes.I only came here because my other store was out of my drink, but I avoid it as best I can.Poor customer service. I went in search of a specific K Cup, was not greeted by any of the 4 people on the floor when I arrived (one was the manager), asked about the KCups and was told they're being phased out but will be kept in the Harris Teeter. I was told by Harris Teeter that SBux is phasing out KCups at their franchise locations, but will be kept at the standalone stores...which is it?This store just didn't care. They acted as though I was more of a nuisance trying to spend my money there. Stellar service, folks.
