We walked in and placed our order the people were extremely nice. It took barely any time for them to make 5 drinks and they were some of the best I have had from Starbucks!

the woman who was working there, Elisndra, was so incredibly sweet. i see her almost everytime i walk into harris teeter and get a drink. she complimented me on my hair today and shes very good at her job.

This Starbucks made me feel like I was in high school again - in the worst way possible. I mobile ordered my drink and waited 10 minutes just for them to start it, even though no one else was in line. Then, about a minute, maybe, after it was ready, the lady behind the counter has the AUDACITY to act like it had been sitting there the entire time. They never once announced my order and I didn’t receive a notification it was ready until after I left the store. She acted like I was stupid for not seeing it and laughed at me with her friends as I left the store. It felt awful. I understand retail is hard but there’s absolutely no reason to behave this way towards a stranger who did nothing to you. Never making the mistake of ordering here again - there are plenty of Starbucks locations where I’m not mocked by clearly miserable staff.

I went in today with two friends and the barista was being really rude to us. Right off the bat, she kept making faces at me and my friends because we had trouble with one of our orders. I got my drink last and as soon as I was heading to the counter, she gets a straw and just throws it in a very harsh way which was really rude.

Lady making the coffee (Infiniti) was too busy texting on her phone when she had customers waiting for their coffee. She also had an attitude when a customer asked a question about whether they put the right thing in their drink. She was rude and unbothered that she was making customers wait while she texted.

when is the employee Christmas party for self check out.
