“I’d had a not-good experience at this Subway, where my order never made it from the app to the store’s system so they couldn’t make my order (even though I paid for it!). I reached out to corporate Subway and got responses but no resolution. Enter my Hero, Khalid! He remembered me and was happy to replace the sandwiches! I am very happy how Khalid took ownership of the issue and made it right!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you, again, Khalid! 😊“
“I live in Raleigh. Somehow my order got sent to Cary. DoorDash gave me so many issues. The guy I spoke to at Subway was AMAZING! He remade my subs and wrote the correct info on the order. I don't k ow his name but I was very angry and he got me taken care of so I made sure to not get angry with him. He even called me to get me situated. They do great business. The food was incredibly delicious, the employees were excessively kind and polite, and the restaurant was immaculately clean. Parking: The parking situation was excellent, with numerous parking spaces conveniently located right in front of the restaurant.“
“Really good Subway super fast service, friendly and fresh food. They even accepted the Subway coupons which is a plus too! If you need a healthy lunch, reasonable price, and quick this is the place. Lastly, its inside the Walmart to the far right when you come in.“
