I got here 15 minutes before closing and was refused service! I showed him my phone time & the time on line. He just said I’m sorry I closed a half hour ago before closing!

Just went to this subway. Was really impressed on the customer service and the cleanliness of the place. Will be coming back. Shout out to Ali, delivered great customer service. Give that man a raise.

Unethical business. Before placing the order, I asked if coupon was accepted. They said yes. Upon starting the order, they mentioned, coupon was applicable for few select items. This was neither mentioned on the coupon nor on the menu. I will stay away from this store. Will definitely let Corporate office know about this as this is tarnishing Subway's brand reputation

I’d had a not-good experience at this Subway, where my order never made it from the app to the store’s system so they couldn’t make my order (even though I paid for it!). I reached out to corporate Subway and got responses but no resolution. Enter my Hero, Khalid! He remembered me and was happy to replace the sandwiches! I am very happy how Khalid took ownership of the issue and made it right!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you, again, Khalid! 😊

The lady who made my tuna sub 3/31/25 I believe may be new there. Not sure. She kept forgetting and asking me what I want on my sub again . Anyways, I asked for bacon on my sub . When I bit into it, the bacon was not fully cooked at all. It wasn’t necessarily raw like fresh out the pack. But it wasn’t done for sure . I called to let them know because I was at work but no one answered and the phone rang a bunch of times . Later on and even today I am having stomach issues . She should know better than to be putting half done pork on ppls subs. Nice lady though and clean store though.
I was helped by Victor, he really took the time to make my sandwich and he was also very friendly and respectful. My sandwich was # 31 (first time having it) and it was delicious 😋

Door posts hours that they close at 10. Here it is 8:50 Pm and the door is locked and the drive through is blocked by a barrel.

Ali serving was very rude. He was literally shouting on customers. Shouldn’t be there if he doesn’t want to. Do something which you like instead of taking out frustration on others.

Back in my days we used to go to Subway and eat with classmates! ??I love hanging out with friends at Subway! It’s always fun. ?The service at this location isn’t the best unfortunately. She did not understand our order due to language barrier. ??I highly suggest to have someone who understands the customers orders. Especially now that the big changes are here.Everyone was chill and cool about the service but that does not change the fact it’s awkward. ?I’m just saying my sandwich was wrong and not delicious at all. ??

Guy who was working today was extremely rude and disrespectful thought of getting meal combo by the time he started asking for order I could say his attitude was BAD been here quite a few times in past with great service but today this guy was rude unfortunately had to walk out after the sandwich was made feel sorry for the owner but that wasn’t why I chose this location hopefully they stay in business. Avoid this place if employees has such poor attitude. All he cared was moping the clean floor if no customer u don’t need to mop . Pretty nasty experience
