Terrible experience. After a late-night shift, I got food here, and all my tacos still had pieces of cardboard in them (see photo below). When I went back to address the issue, they just laughed and made no effort to fix it. The food and customer service were so bad that this place shouldn’t even be in business.

Order wasn’t right. Half of the order was also missing. Called store and manager argued with us and hung up on us. Told my husband he was lying and she packed all the food. Poor customer service.

I want to congratulate Management for turning this location around. It used to be quite challenging to order from here and today I had one of the best drive-trough experiences of any fast food chain I've ever had. Two of the most pleasant individuals were running orders, they got the order 100% accurate with zero hiccups, got it to us incredibly quickly during lunch rush-hour. As a Taco Bell fan, this was just great to see and will have us coming back more frequently for sure!

Very inconsistent food quality. Workers take FOREVER to even acknowledge a customer at the counter, let alone take their order.
Vegetarian options: Hard Tacos are the best, but getting to be very overpriced.

The service was very bad ,the manager April was very rude to me,she didn't try to correct my order I didn't receive a refund. I STRONGLY FEEL SHE NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING CUSTOMERS.
Stayed in line for quite some time for something fairly simple. 4 crunchy tacos with no lettuce. Get to the window, and a gentleman repeats my order. Then a lady comes to the window and asks what my order was, I told her. And you can best believe every taco had lettuce on it? Check your bags before leaving the window customers!

We went inside to request a container of sour cream and the rude employees continued to walk pass the front counter never once ever asking how my I help you. But they were engaging in such inappropriate conversations with the girls in the front that they had given FREE food to guess that was more important than paying customer's..
