This location is a KFC Taco bell. I pulled up 3rd and line in the Drive-Thru and then pulled up to the window and paid where I then had to wait 15 minutes after paying for them to get my food to me. I know these locations are notoriously bad but this is ridiculous

I have gone to this restaurant twice in a week and was refused fresh hot wings! The first time the manager told me we don’t drop fresh wings after 730 or 8 and the 2nd time they said they were out of wings to drop fresh. This is so discouraging from a place that is in my neighborhood! Do better and stop trying to cut corners so you can leave early,

Third time this has happened. Order two chicken quesadillas once a week for the last 6-7 months. Over the last month every single quesadilla has only had cheese in it. I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive through and check if my quesadillas actually have chicken on them or not. Won’t be coming back. Done spending 20$ on two cheese quesadillas. Also, difference between small and large nacho fries is whatever the guy filling the cup feels like. I’ve gotten 10 fries ordering a large. Couldn’t even see them poking out of the container

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to this time. This location has great food and service but it’s so hot inside! I’m trying to eat spicy chicken and with it being hot inside the building too, it makes it so uncomfortable. I swear it’s better outside and it’s currently 85 degrees! I know it’s sometimes out of control of the people who work there. So corporate, please turn on the AC!
April and Ted were great! Their customer service skills are impeccable. Your company should be prouder to have them on your team. I will come back to your location just because of how they treat us with such professional customer service and kindness!

Usually avoid this location because it's one of the slowest in the triangle, but today I was close for lunch and it's been a while.
Nothing has improved, today they weren't even serving taco bell menu, only the KFC menu. How do you manage a place so poorly that you have to cancel half your menu. It's so stupid it's almost impressive.

They looks like unwelcome, and desperate, alsow asked for dinning in than I found my food in the shelve for to go when I asked about my order they acted like they don't understanding me I personally will never come back again and I did notttt recommend it to anyone

Beware!!! Rotten chicken!!! I just had to throw out my food, bit into a chicken quesadilla and it was spoiled. I could smell it too, it was spoiled rotten chicken cooked and served. Hope it don’t get food poisoning.
