Management was very unprofessional yelling at staff while customers were around. Waited 5 minutes before i was acknowledged by any staff members. I waited another 5 minutes to get my order by the time i was able to eat it the food was cold and soggy.

The WORST experience at a fast food. The counter service was non existent. I ordered through the mobile app for a 12:15pm pick up and at 12:35pm I walked out because no one would come to check what I needed at the counter or even look my way and my food wasn't there still. I witnessed multiple very rude interactions with other customers and had seen enough. Do better.

This is the closest Taco Bell to me, but unfortunately the worst one in the area. I can guarantee 100% of the time at least 1-2 items will be missing from my order. Wait times are very long and the food is messily made.
I do still go if I want a quick bell run and don't feel like driving across town, but I know beforehand that it won't be a good trip!

There is one car in front of me currently. It has been 20 minutes and they do not have their food. I am stuck in line. Isn’t the MO to have them pull around to wait? Am I waiting for a cow to be raised into adulthood and be slaughtered in real time? It is 4 PM. Since I started writing this, another 5 minutes passed. 25 minutes and nothing. I’m going to reverse out of line.
I want to specify that this is not a dig on the staff. They are doing their best. This is on management and ownership. Hire more people at living wages.

Extremely slow service even though there were hardly 3 customers. When the food is finally ready, they just keep it near their counter without calling out the names and go back into the kitchen. The bill is not kept along with the food so it is not possible to know whether it is ours.
Finally when I got mine, it was missing one of the items. Everything tasted bad compared to the ones I've had from other TacoBell locations. There was hardly any beef in the Mexican pizza and it was mostly beans.

We arrived here 12/31/24 at 8PM, not an unreasonable hour, as the app as well as google showed their hours as open until 9PM. The line wasn't too long, there was only one car ahead of us at the speaker box. We waited lie 5 minutes to get to the speaker box and they forgot about us being there so we waited an additional 5 minutes waiting for them to remember us and take our order. Mind you there's no way to escape the drive thru line at this point especially if there are people behind you. So we place our order, no sour cream, and proceed to wait THIRTY MINUTES. We think "Maybe they are short staffed for New Years Eve", but Taco Bell has the most simple to put together menu, nothing should take that long. We finally get up to the drive thru still feeling a little bad but more annoyed at this point and we ended up tipping them $10 for our $20 order because in the moment we thought they were short staffed. Then we saw the employees and realized they were not short staffed.
SO after 40 minutes and $30 later, our food still came out wrong. We wasted so much time and money on a FAST FOOD Restaurant I submitted 2 complaints online asking for a response and never received one. I then contacted corporate and received a credit, not nearly enough for this hassle and was told upper management would contact me and they never did. So now I am on my last act of trying to make Management see this complaint and will be contacting corporate again because this lack of care is fueling my fire.

32 friggin minutes being trapped in the drivethrough lane while I watch two young girls laughing and giggling on their phones... Kildaire Farm, Cary location... 32, yep, you read that correctly 32 friggin minutes....

The attention is not the best, they forgot to give me my drink after several minutes I asked for it and one of the employees ignored me, another employee only told me that I had to pay for the coffee having previously paid for it, they did the review and confirmed that I had paid for everything, I feel that all this was because I am Latino, very bad service

They make you wait really long for your order. They fixed 3 drive thru orders before mines like I won’t even standing there. This is my 3rd time here. The other 2 times they made my food wrong.
