this taco bell is just as slow as the others but it’s the best quality food i’ve found at any location in the triangle area! it comes out delicious every single time and the employees are so nice!

Ordered here this afternoon. After a long wait in the drive thru, someone asks what we are waiting on. Like all of our food! She didn't even know what that was so we had to show the receipt. Finally got our food. When we arrived home, both of our luxe boxes had cinnamon twists in place of the chips. Still had the nacho cheese cup though. I cannot eat anything cinnamon!

I avoid my closest taco bell to come here. Day or night my order is correct 99.5% of the time. Lunch and dinner rushes might have wait longer than off peak, but all their staff are quick and efficient.

I LOVE this location. I have been coming here for years and they are always consistently good. All the workers there are always so friendly and professional. The food is always good and I never have any issues with my orders. I know whenever I come here I will always be satisfied with my food and get great customer service.

These TWO female works forgot two items (caramel apple empanadas) from my order. I asked for a REGULAR 3 tacos and they gave me a supreme. I went back nicely to ask for my empanadas. One of them started saying “I did put them in the bag”, if you did would i have wasted my time going back to get my food?? They asked to see my bag. I went to my car, give them the bag, same worker says “oh she really brought it back”. They checked my food and saw that they weren’t in there. Next time just put the food in the bag and do better with service. Not everyone wants to “scam”.
