The attention is not the best, they forgot to give me my drink after several minutes I asked for it and one of the employees ignored me, another employee only told me that I had to pay for the coffee having previously paid for it, they did the review and confirmed that I had paid for everything, I feel that all this was because I am Latino, very bad service

The manager and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and helped with the app!! Plus the manager gave my 3 kids strawberry freezes for waiting patiently ?

Why are the reviews for this Cary Taco Bell on Kildaire Farm so negative? They smiled and treated me with respect, I had a great experience. They were extremely polite! I had a conversation with the manager about the neighborhood and growing costs. When the manager saw that my taco wasn’t prepared correctly, she gave me one that was and gave me another one for free. They surpass themselves!!! Utterly wonderful, I would give ten thousand stars if I could
