Good location, but they do need to improve their service. The last time I was at this one, I went through the drive-thru and I heard the manager get onto the workers while they were serving the customers, which is very unprofessional. Also, whenever I get chips and cheese sauce with my order, I find the chips all over the bottom of the bag and they do a sorry job of cutting the quesadillas. Taco Bell in Cary, you got some work to do.

I was very disappointed n what I bought. It was something I had not had before & I did not like it. That was partially due to what was n the food, that I did not read of it nor expected.

Drive through was kinda packed so I decided to come in instead. They have screens kinda like McDs to order which I find convenient these days. But what got me even wantin to even make a review was the vibe of the workers. Everyone was i don't want to say cutting up and acting a fool. But they were doing their jobs while and getting along with each other in such a way that you could tell they enjoyed working with each other. And doing it efficiently. Clean store as well. All...
