These birria tacos are delicious, cheesy, and crispy, and I literally drink the consume when I’m done. Be prepared to wait a little while for this perfection but it’s worth it. Suggest ordering ahead. I’m going to need an excuse to drive by again soon…“

“After my previous positive review, we returned and wanted to update. They are very efficient, but the 2 ladies who work there most of the time are not very friendly and borderline grouchy. It’s a shame because they put a good bowl and burrito together. A friendly smile and hello goes a long way.

This Moe’s is the best in the Apex/Cary area. The staff is very efficient, the portion size is perfect, they actually clean the tables and do so with with soapy water. It’s nice to walk into a Moe’s that’s top notch. Only negative this visit was it was freezing and the music was too loud. Other than that, it was great!“
