The bakery is fine! However, the dependants are lazy because they never keep fresh coffee in the coffee makers! This afternoon, I've got an orange cake, a strawberry tiramisu, and two small black American coffees to go! Needless to say, when I got home I realized the coffee must have been in the brewer for hours! So, Tous les Jours should either give their employees a raise or retrain them on how to run things dependably and attentively, especially keeping a coffeemaker with fresh coffee ready for customers who paid dear for their coffee! ðŸ˜

Called and asked to place an order to purchase a birthday cake and was told they don’t do orders over the phone for cakes and they don’t write Happy Birthday on cakes either.
Called Whole Foods Market and they had no problem at all accepting my business.

Today was the second time I've been there. I was craving the taro bread. It is literally one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. The baked goods are beautiful, not super sweet, and delicious. Will try their drinks as soon as I can.

Usually a fan of Tous Les Jours but the Cary branch was a little disappointing. They couldn't answer a simple question if the eggs and milk are pasteurized. In fact didn't even know what it meant. The older lady behind the counter kept coughing everywhere. The pastries with fruit and cream were not in the refrigerated just left out on the shelf. Don't know how safe that is. Anyway not sure if I will return.
Don't buy cakes from this bakery. They are not made on the same day. The fruit on the cakes is black but they are still selling them. They are frozen food and not made on site. The two older waitresses have very bad attitudes and are arrogant. Why would they hire such employees to work in the service industry? The price and quality service do not match. The taste of the cakes is basically different from a few years ago. The delivery company has been changed. I will never go there again. Bad review. If there is no choice, I will never give one star. It ruins the reputation of H-Mart.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience while trying to preorder a cake at your store on a Wednesday. I encountered a tall gentleman who was not only unhelpful but also rude.
When I asked why I couldn't place a preorder, he failed to provide a clear explanation. Instead, he continued to be rude. This lack of professionalism and inability to communicate effectively in a customer service role is unacceptable.
Given the high prices at your store, I expect a much higher level of customer service. Based on this encounter, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Businesses that charge premium prices should also provide premium service, and unfortunately, this was not my experience.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that others do not have the same experience I did.
