I was invited as a guest (instagram: @chewswiselywithjeff) and was here during the soft opening and the pastries and drinks were AMAZING. I've been to this café in South Korea and H-Mart in Cary I've been happy everytime! Please go check this spot out at 7 Seaboard Ave. In Raleigh. The Tiramisu Iced Latte was wonderful!
They also have decent seating and a wide selection to choose from!
I will be visiting again with more friends!

Just got a slice of this cake at a birthday party….What?!?!? This is amazing. Immediately googled this place. I can understand why bday boy drove an 1 1/2 hours to this place for his cake! Mango cake- AMAZING!!!

I’ve given this TLJ three separate chances to impress me, mostly because I’m a glutton for punishment and occasionally for cake. I’ve tried their cloud cakes and tiramisu, both of which look like they belong on a magazine cover and taste like they were designed for one. Presentation earns a respectable 4 out of 5. Flavor and value get a sad little 2 out of 5, especially considering the price of this very average experience.
Service is as dry as the sponge layers, and apparently you can’t even preorder cakes anymore because of a “shortage of staff.” Translation: they simply stopped trying. For a place this expensive, you’d expect at least a smile or a crumb of enthusiasm.
It’s surprising TLJ is still in business. My best guess is that H-Mart keeps them around out of nostalgia or pity. There’s a lot of room for improvement if they want to be known for more than just looking good behind glass.

The cakes here are amazing, especially the cloud cakes. They take pre-orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. I called for cake recommendations and they were very helpful. Thank you!!!

The bakery is fine! However, the dependants are lazy because they never keep fresh coffee in the coffee makers! This afternoon, I've got an orange cake, a strawberry tiramisu, and two small black American coffees to go! Needless to say, when I got home I realized the coffee must have been in the brewer for hours! So, Tous les Jours should either give their employees a raise or retrain them on how to run things dependably and attentively, especially keeping a coffeemaker with fresh coffee ready for customers who paid dear for their coffee! 😠
Called and asked to place an order to purchase a birthday cake and was told they don’t do orders over the phone for cakes and they don’t write Happy Birthday on cakes either.
Called Whole Foods Market and they had no problem at all accepting my business.

Today was the second time I've been there. I was craving the taro bread. It is literally one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. The baked goods are beautiful, not super sweet, and delicious. Will try their drinks as soon as I can.
