I went to this tropical a few weeks ago and ordered a smoothie and meal. The lady handed me the smoothie and asked if I ordered the peanut butter cup when I ordered the peanut paradise. Fortunately it was the peanut paradise and she just accidentally said the wrong smoothie. I look at the smoothie and it is a lil over half full. It was like somebody only made half a smoothie. I was in a rush so didn’t feel like saying anything. Then I get my food handed to me and as I’m walking out I check for the side of chips I ordered and it wasn’t there. So I have to go back in and ask for my chips. Fortunately they gave it to me. Even after all this I didn’t make a big deal and give a bad review. But then I order today a quesadilla, smoothie and bowl. THE BOWL IS HALF FULL WITH NOT ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND SLOPPY. These bowls are expensive! Also the Bahama mama I ordered was 3 quarters full. I love tropical and get it almost everyday. But this tropical has by far been terrible both times I’ve ordered from it. Very disappointing because I order everyday from tropical

Owner is never available when there is an issue. Lately my smoothies have been tasting like water. Guarantee they are not following tropical smoothie protocol. And why is there dirty buckets on the ground to catch water leaks. I noticed that and the awful odor that is in the store

Went around 4:30 on a Sunday. No wait. Brandon was friendly and has the magic touch when it comes to making smoothies. My Mango Magic truly lived up to its name. Texture? CREAMY. Taste? PHENOMENAL. Would I go again? You already KNOW!

Came in during my lunch break for a smoothie and there was only 1 worker and a trainee. They had multiple orders backed up but they were handling it like champs ! The trainee Cheyenne (I’m probably misspelling that, so sorry ! lol) was doing an amazing job under pressure ! For it to be her first day, she was crushing it! Will be back for sure.

i ordered a buffalo chicken wrap off of door dashed & when i received my order. my wrap was dry & cold, barely any buffalo or ranch sauce. I decided to go to the restaurant myself & just have them remake it… I should’ve checked it while i was at the store because wheres is the lettuce & why is the chicken cold. I stay 5 mins away from the restaurant so it shouldn’t be cold at all. then the meat looks like someone chewed it, spit it out & wrapped it up. I don’t even leave reviews but this is just crazy to me? i wish i had took a photo of the first wrap. just careless with peoples food.

This location is really hit or miss. Most of the times it's a miss, so I prefer to go to the location off Davis Dr. Near first watch. The last time I went, both associates were confused on how to make the smoothie how I requested. Other locations never get it wrong. Ordered an island green, with oj, and sub mango for the banana..seems simple, but maybe not. They also charged more than other locations for what I asked.

Great place to get healthy food to go in a hurry. Vegetarian plant based chicken works well in most sandwiches/wraps. The staff is super friendly and efficient. We love it!
