This was my first time at the Cary location and the food and service were EXCEPTIONAL. The entire team was welcoming and kind, the service was efficient, and the food (I got an egg and hash brown bowl) was delectable. I highly recommend this location for excellent service- I certainly will be coming back!

I wasn't greeted when I walked on. The waitress proceeded to take the order or the people that walked in after me before me. I had to tell her that I was here first. When she finally came to take my order,, she didnt wait for me to say I wanted grits instead of hashbrowns...she just walked away. Then when l my waffle came out it was hard and over cooked due to her not tending to my food. She dropped my food off each time and didn't say a word...just threw it on the table. She was very rude and non communicative but laughed and was in good spirits with every one else. When I finally got my 2nd waffle the rest of my food was cold. I reordered my scrambled eggs with cheese but i had eaten my waffle before it came out. When my new order of eggs came out, they were extremely undercooked. On top of that the water tasted like toilet water. Oh, and she never came to check on me the whole time I was there. This was not a good experience. Waffle house needs to hire better people. The best thing about this experience was leaving up out of there.

I came to this place every week and always had a good experience until today. the staff was extremely disrespectful even followed me outside to say they are not going to serve us. Dreamville is in town tmrw, cool, I myself am going. However, how does the festival have anything to do with getting food tonight?!They continued to mock us because we came a couple of minutes before “closing” and in high heels. I found it completely disrespectful and uncalled for.

I was slightly dissapointed with this Waffle House. I am from up north, so I always go to Waffle House when I'm down south. Waffle has always been so consistent but this is the first time a location misses the mark a bit. Something was just off....my Waffle was a little undercooked, the hash browns were extra greasy. The toast was overcooked.So, not the best location but they were slammed so that could have contributed. I'd still go back. Staff was super nice!

this is literally the least ghetto waffle house i’ve ever been to, the servers and other staff were SO nice and it was such a refreshing experience when walking in, definitely the perfect way to end a night out !!

Mr. Mike made our breakfast experience wonderful!! For my husband and I's first time at a Waffle House, this sets the bar incredibly high for any other breakfast restaurant we go to! The food was really good and Mr Mike our server kept us laughing the whole time. He's a very friendly and genuine guy, he made our day!!

Not sure what has happened to this Waffle House, but as of today 3/13/2024,I will no longer patronize this place. The young lady cooking was awful, my eggs were over cooked and cold, hashbrowns were cold. The young man that served me was the only bright spot! Bring back the crew from a few years ago that know what they’re doing!!! Please!!!

Best Waffle House food I have had in a very, very long time. The food was ready before I start scrolling on my phone! Fast, friendly service! The gentleman in there tonight CAN COOK! My father & husband are chefs so I don't say that lightly.

We wanted terrific WH waffles with a side of bacon. Failed to meet expectations including: waffle was half size because the batter for one was split between our two; and the bacon strips were quickly reheated (and charred) on the grill. All this while we were serenaded by the waitress complaining about her job and management.
