Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My favorite Zaxby’s from Raleigh to Durham for sure!! Have you seen their Christmas decorations?! BEST IN CARY!!! The staff and atmosphere have such a family feel. From the first time diner to the everyday ‘regulars’, you can feel your importance and appreciation as a customer. Highly recommend. Food is always fresh, delicious, reasonably priced and perfectly portioned!

Top tier fried chicken with a great staff!! I frequent Zaxbys, Canes, Bushes, and Chicken E and I can tell you this place is second to none. Perfectly cooked/breaded chicken. 5 stars all the way!

I'd say this was the WORST Zaxbys I've been too. Customer service was horrible and cashier was rude. While in the drive-thru I was asking a question, and she slammed the windows and walked off. On top of that the food definitely wasn't worth the price. I got maybe 10 fries some burnt and small tenders. Definitely wouldnt recommend this location.

Ive never been to a zaxbys so desperate, charging $0.25 per sauce. They dont even give you the obligatory one zack sauce. The service was also pretty slow for there only being 3 cars and the inside was closed.

I love Zaxby's chicken, I live in Connecticut.
But Everytime I visit the south, I always stop at waffle House, and Zaxby's!!!

Their drive thru is terrible they simply never pay attention. First time they accused me of not paying after giving me my receipt. Then the last few times they forgot items out the meal and decide to give you whatever they want you to have not what you ordered. Put the phone down hire some serious people who put effort into their jobs.

Had the Lemon Pepper wings for the first time today and they were delicious! My sweet tea was also good. The staff was friendly as usual! All 5 stars from me

Man they served me cold fries and they tried to charge me for $1.25 for honey mustard. Every other Zaxby's I go to the honey mustard is free and I get as many as I want. I also had to go back and get them to make me some fresh hot fries because the fries were cold and that took another 15 mins. Horrible experience!!! Stay away!!! Go somewhere you're valued and appreciated.

Horrible Horrible service!!! I’ve ordered at multiple zaxby’s locations across Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville and Apex areas. I came here to order and is being told I’ll have to pay extra for sauce that normally comes free with purchases in general. I received cold fries and no sauce to dip them in other than ketchup. I don’t like ketchup with my fries. I’m a honey mustard dip type of customer. I’ll no longer do business at this location!! Again just HORRIBLE experience!!!
