This place is an absolute gem for ice cream lovers! The employees were incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was perfectly suited for a relaxed treat, and the custard was nothing short of amazing—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend!

This place is the best!

This is a must visit! The menu is so fun and unique. Highly recommend the affogato! With the custard it is so creamy and delicious. Staff is so friendly and patient (the menu has lots of options LOL!).

This place is great. It is exactly what you want from a small town desert and coffee place. The staff was friendly and the food was great. My wife and i stopped there after a bad dinner experience and it was great! We would tell anyone to stop in if your in the area and try it!

Visited today and had an amazing, warm, freshly made waffle cone with cookies and cream. My husband had peanut butter custard in a waffle cone, and both of my kids had kids menu items. The atmosphere is great for families with smaller kids, lots of flavors and menu options. They also had some massive cinnamon rolls, cookies and specialty varieties of glass bottles sodas. Both staff members were polite and helpful, it was obvious they were accustomed to dealing with "out of towners." If we visit Cashiers again, we will definitely come back!

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available, with all kinds of toppings, sprinkles, candies - all the stuff kids like. (But excellent grown up flavors, combinations and toppings, too!!)

When I'm in Cashiers, I always have to stop at Crossroads Custard for a treat! Whether it's for a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee, or a cup of my favorite Squatch, I'm not going to miss the opportunity stop by and treat myself. They also have free pup cups for the dogs!

Made a special trip here for coffee and waffles for 10:00am on a Tuesday during our vacation following the business hours listed on their website. Once arrived, they were closed and the hours posted on their door (not opening until 12:00pm) did not match their website. We wasted over an hour of our vacation and planned the first half of our day around our visit based on the hour listed on their website.
