At this Starbucks, the service was exceptional, with Ariana’s top-notch skills crafting a delicious cappuccino, perfectly sweetened with Splenda. Karly greeted with warmth, making the experience superb. I also enjoyed a delicious peppermint mocha with less sweetness that was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended.

I stopped to get a refresher today and was surprised by the lack of training that the solo barista had. I had to repeat my order 3 times and she still got it incorrect. I knew this because of how she rang it up. I corrected her and paid. I was given the incorrect change. When she struggled to make the drink, another Starbucks employee ran by and told her where to find one of the ingredients but did not stay long enough to see if she needed additional help. When I tried my drink I could tell that the main ingredient was missing. I did not ask for her to correct it as I feel confident that she would not have known how. And the other(more experienced-I assume)barista was no where to be found. I have never had this experience before at this location or any other and am hoping that it is not indicative of future visits

I love Starbucks but the last 3 times it is a girl the youngest one girl is a bad face, the first time i said to may self "maybe she having a bad day" but second and third time was so mean she answers with ugly praise. very ugly ...don't want to be like her but I hope she reads me "girl if you don't change that despotic attitude, don't go anywhere, life will be difficult for you" what a terrible person she is. ? hopefully she change that actitud.....

The employees here are very rude. Paige cannot make coffee. It is terrible every time she does. And your order is always wrong because the employees are too busy socializing rather than putting in your order correctly and then they want to be rude and argue with you about it.
