Stopped here on our way out of Cashiers for breakfast. The eggs Benedict my husband ordered was great and the house special of eggs and bacon were good. Coffee was great and plentiful. The waitress we had, I think maybe she was having a bad morning. Short fused and borderline rude. But it happens. So I still give this restaurant four stars and we would probably go there again when in the area.

The food was alright but it was not worth the weird behavior of the hostess. Our direct server was great and took good care of us, but whoever runs the room was very rude to my friend and I. I don't know if it's because I am latino (and I know she's seen one before because other Latinos were doing construction right outside. Maybe she didn't like that one of us was inside :) or if because my friend has an alternative style or just because we're young, but this lady wanted us out as soon as possible.
She literally started writing our checks while we were still actively eating. I've never seen a sever do that before. She didn't do it to anyone else. She then got sarcastic about my friend tipping her 18% despite the off-putting treatment. Honestly we only tipped because we hoped it would go to out actual server. If it went to her I wouldn't have tipped anything.
I wouldn't suggest people eat here, especially people outside a certain demographic. Other customers did not keep their eyes to themselves either and it made for a really uncomfortable experience combined with whatever was going on with the hostess.

I failed to take photos, but my party of 5 loved everything we had! I personally had one of their quiches. (Spinach, onions, tomatoes, bacon, feta, and cheddar cheeses.) The crust was so buttery and flaky…perfection! The waffles were also a favorite at our table.

Sitting in the car while my husband waits (yet again) for change after what feels like a two hour ordeal… called breakfast. Our family of 5… three kids, two adults were delighted that our 20 minute wait was somewhat quick. Once inside, nothing else was fast or efficient. They seemed to be most attentive once we FINALLY had our food. Way too slow and not worth patronizing a place with terrible service.

What a gym we came across on our travels thru this area. We have eaten here every morning of our vacation. Awesome food , generous servings , very friendly staff , thank you so much for giving us a bright spot in our rainy vacation.

The waitress was incredibly rude. We ate breakfast with four adults and two toddlers and they charged us as a party of 6 with gratuities included. That’s horrible as two toddlers should not have been counted as adults and the service/food was not worth 20% tip. They also charged us a “split fee” for giving my toddler some of our food! Absolutely insane. Do not recommend and will never go back.

If you’re looking for a great, consistently good restaurant with awesome food this is your place. The staff work very hard in this restaurant and they have no staff turnover. It’s very popular among locals. The portions are enormous and the food is so good. The day we were there Pamela was our waitress. Such a sweetheart. Also, they have the cutest coffee cups. I probably have an entire set by now. I buy one every time I go. The owner, who is the hostess, busboy and a waitress all in one is is a very hardworking nice person. There are all types of people who eat here. Also, please dont be that person who thinks they are superior to everyone else. Be respectful.
