If you are traveling through and not a local, don't expect to be seated as you arrive. Evidently locals get sat first, at least they did during our experience. That's okay though, I'll take my money elsewhere where it is valued.

We heard about Cedar Mountain Cafe as we were hiking a nearby trail. We checked the restaurant out after our hike and it was delicious!! I cant complain about one thing. The pear cider and key lime pie just ended our meal peefect. We are planning to eat there again in Nov.

Hidden Gem in Cedar Mountain!
Our family decided to try Cedar Mountain Café last night, and we’re so glad we did! The dining room is quaint and cozy—nothing fancy, but comfortable and welcoming. We were greeted right away by a friendly staff and seated immediately.

Our very friendly and sweet waitress, Marion, was quick to take our drink order and had everything out in no time. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast the food came out after we ordered.

As we always do, we said a blessing over our meal—and then dove into what turned out to be an absolutely incredible dinner. I had the Chicken Parmesan, and I can honestly say it was some of the best I’ve ever had. My wife’s blackened shrimp salad was fresh and flavorful, and my sons ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and Fish & Chips—both were outstanding.

There wasn’t a single bite left by the end of the meal! Everything was just that good.

Thank you again, Marion, for a wonderful dining experience!

We’ll definitely be coming back to Cedar Mountain Café every time we’re in the area—for the great service and amazing food!

Lovely nook,
but Not dog friendly. Religated to “dog park” picnic tables PAST patio area. We were given take out food and plastic utensils. FYI

This place is not pet friendly. They have an outside patio, but they do not allow pets on the patio. They gave us our food in to go boxes. We had to sit at some picnic tables towards the back of the property which is loaded with construction debris. I will not go back.

This has been our fave on trips from Greenville to Brevard for five years. Not anymore. The female manager has decided that it is perfectly legal not to allow a service dog in "her eatery." She is an accomplished liar, accusing the dog of being wild and anything else she can think of. She even embarrassed he waitresses. The food and waitresses are excellent and kind. She is a word that rhymes with rich. If you are handicapped and have a service dog, don't waste your time and money here

Great food and the service was excellent! The plates are huge and well worth the money! We will be back.

Great food, hostile policies.

Great little spot near Pretty Place Chapel. The food was good and the service was as well. We got there right before opening at 8 am. I had a very delicious bacon omelet. If we go back to PPC we'll certainly eat another meal here.
