“This is my favorite breakfast spot. The food is delicious, the portions are generous and reasonably priced. The service is excellent (generally very quick) with friendly waitstaff. You can’t go wrong with their lunch and dinner options either.”

“My wife and I stopped by Stonebowl House in Brevard for a late lunch and really enjoyed it. We started with the Kimchi PaJun, which was flavorful and nicely cooked. For mains, we had the Pork Belly stonebowl and the Squid stonebowl. Both arrived piping hot and the portion sizes were very generous—you’ll likely have leftovers to take home.

They also serve four small banchan plates with kimchi and other fermented vegetables, which was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and efficient. Prices were very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get.

I lived in South Korea for a year, so I’m fairly familiar with Korean food. While the flavors here weren’t quite as authentic as what you’d find there, this was a very close second and still very satisfying. My only small criticism is that I personally would’ve liked a bit more heat—the kimchi and stonebowls could have been spicier. That said, we’d definitely come back.”

“If you are looking for THE BEST pastries look no further. We visit every time we are in town and it gets better and better ( not sure how that is possible). “We come up to Brevard most every summer to attend concerts at the Brevard Music Center, and stop by Cup & Saucer at least once during that time. The coffee is great - love an Americano! - and the baked goods and quiches are as well. I’m seriously craving one of their fantastic fig and almond biscotti today. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Jenny is a dear as well as all her colleagues whose names I don’t know. If this was a “number of stars” review I’d give them 10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“When it comes to goodness...where do I begin!!! ALL of the wonderful personalities that make up the Blue Ridge Bakery are delightful! Each one made me feel at home and welcomed! The Zucchini Cornbread is to die for!!! and each kind of Quiche holds a special place in my heart and stomach. The pastries are crafted with love and are more than delectable! I attempted to sample a different one each day and then switched each day between my favorites-The Cappucino-Chocolate Muffin- The heavenely Cinnamon Roll and The various Danishes--AND the SWEET POTATO CHILI Oy Vey!!!!- They even had Challah which made my Friday and Saturdays... The 94 days that I have been in Brevard have been made even sweeter because of you-The Blue Ridge Bakery!!!! A person could go there EVERY DAY and find awesomeness.. I know, i tried! -May you continue to flourish and be a blessing to Transylvania County...and beyond..... I Love you!!!- KiKi”

“I ordered a Red Velvet Cake for someone's Birthday 🎈. The cake was absolutely GORGEOUS! You could tell so much time and effort was put into it. So much love ❤️ The cake was DELICIOUS! 😋 The cake was the perfect richness for a red velvet cake and very flavorful and moist. It has the perfect texture as well. “This was the first time trying this pizza! Told Brett that I was hoping it was good because so tired of going to TR or Greenville for pizza! It did not disappoint? Got the supreme pizza and it was great! Only problem was we ordered black olives to go on the pizza and when we opened the pizza. No black olives! Hopefully we will get those next time! “I was prepared to write a '5', but in truth there were a number of small things that kept me from going there. First, it's a cool space off the beaten track. The beer is good, the mural is superb. The house food truck was passable. I was expecting a little higher standard on the sandwiches, but I may be a bit picky.
And the fryer was down. No fault there - they've got a new one on the way.
My biggest critique was the number of aggressive dogs there. I take my dog to a fair number of taprooms around the country, and honestly - many of these (6+) would've been 86'd by staff at most taprooms. My dog loves to interact, and would not have understood the aggressiveness.”

Initially we stopped by for a coffee but found that they were serving lunch in what felt like I was eating lunch at my granny’s house! The food was delicious (especially the chicken fried chicken)!
