Never do drive through again. Part of my order was ready but then waited 12 minutes for missing item. Everything cold by then. Next and last time got home with take out to find wrong items in the bag!

Can't rate anything considering I get off at 5:30 am and they should be opening at that time I have no clue why me and two others were there at 5:45 and still not a single employee was even in the building.
While the food was good the bathroom experience was the worst I have seen lately. Trash on floor, dirty sinks and a Bojangles cups were the soap dispensers for both sinks. Nasty bathrooms and someone needs to take responsibility and clean them.

This is one of the most efficient Boj in all of NC/VA. Especially in the morning! The women here work hard to move cars through! They do charge for extra sauces (that’s standard now) so just be aware.

I never write a review for a fast food restaurant because for the most part they are all terrible. But lately this Bojangles is horrible. I don’t know what they’re doing to make the Bo-rounds taste like a sponge that has been sitting in cold dish water but I wish they would stop. And here I was hoping that the young lady that took my order asking me “What do you want?!!” like I was a 3 year old nagging for animal crackers was going to be the worst part of my experience. But the worst part was the ham, egg and cheese biscuit that reminded me of the ones I used to put in the microwave and forget about and then you find it around 10pm when you’re looking for something to snack on and you eat about two bites then realize how disgusting it is and give the rest to the dog. Well lucky for her she was with me. At least someone got enjoyment out of breakfast.
