Chicken were cold and hard. Fries were cold and tough to eat. This has been 5 Experiences in the last two years and I only live a mile away. I want go back. They were told about this before

The place is clean and staff friendly but the food I order is always stale. I usually get either cheddar Bo’s or cinnamon twists and at least 6-7 times in a row I got it it was old, very old.One time they told me that they are preparing it and that it will take 10-15 minutes. I was fine with that expecting fresh food. Came home and found out they only reheated old ones.I don’t understand what is the problem- started avoiding this location because I no longer expect fresh food.If they tell me what time they bake them fresh I would be happy to come and get it. The problem is that any time of the day I go there I get old food.

Friendly staff. Location was clean and we got our food quickly.
This place is awesome. Workers are fun and fast! Food comes out hot and they don't put too much ice in the ice tea! Chicken is soooooo delicious with the buffalo sauce and the bone in chicken prices are really good for a large family. Bathrooms always clean and so is the floors of the restaurant which is telling of their sanitation. Good spot right next to the highway too.

Went through drive thru to just purchase some fries about 11:30 today. Didn't have to wait which was nice BUT they didn't tape receipt to my bag and it blew off when the lady handed it to me. I thought, no biggie cause I paid cash. Drove off and started eating them-lukewarm, crunchy bits of leftovers from bottom of bin. I was so furious but was on my way to meet someone so didn't have time to go back. I will NEVER go to this location again. Great way to treat your customers Bojangles ?
I travel alot in North Carolina. This absolutely had to have been the worst biscuit ever. And it was not just a one time thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as maybe they were having a off day. Not enough staff, busy. Etc. But, I went back to this restaurant and ordered the same thing and it was not good.

The main reason I eat there occasionally is the seasoning they put on the fries. It's awesome. I always ask for extra, and this time I added a cheddar bo biscuit. It's like a grilled cheese but hold the bread, and replace it with a biscuit. This one is fairly new with plenty of parking and a streetlight ?for easy entry and exiting.Parking: The actual spaces leave room for opening your door without worrying about tapping the car ? next to you.
