Pizza and chicken were delivered quickly but barely had any cheese even though I paid for extra cheese. It tasted like bread not pizza

But what makes it special is that the manager has the largest collection of Hat Bling in North America! It’s really worth the visit just for that!

We always order takeout so I cannot speak to delivery but our order has always been correct, fresh and tasty. Staff is always friendly when we pick up our order and it’s always ready when the pizza tracker says it will be.
Been ordering from this location since 2015 for takeout and have never had an issue.

Our Family has been going to Emerald Isle for 48 yrs. My husband and I now are enjoying our annual trip to beach with our 2 children their spouses and 5 grandchildren we were spending a beautiful day on the beach ocean front home on June 26 th and we were Starving but did not want to go out so I the mother and grandmother called the Swansboro store and spoke to Lola honestly one of the sweetest people you could ever talk to about feeding our 11. We ended up ordering a VERY LARGE ORDER !! We paid by phone left a great tip because of how helpful & impressed we were by Lola who has been with them for years. Anyway to make a long story short instead of us meeting her at the Chapel by the Sea she drove up the street a little further to our door. My husband and myself and 4 of the grandkids helped carry all the food inside it was ALL HOT & DELICIOUS with a few leftovers worth fighting for the next day for lunch. Now back to Lola my husband and I are both retired now from 30 yr jobs and were so impressed with this young lady that Went Above and Beyond Her Duty we gave her an additional substantial tip for her willingness to help us out and make our vacation even better. They All Loved the food and desserts so much that they are all new future customers with Domino’s. Lola showed such appreciation from our compliments to her kindness shown we all about broke down in tears! We will be visiting this store every time we go back to Emerald Isle in the future. Place my order by phone and wait 15 20 min as they told me. I wait over 35 min for my order and the employees are super rude . Not going back there again. I rather drive somewhere else.

I came in today (June 10, 2025) around 6:15pm. I had forgotten an item on my online order, so I went ahead and ordered it there. I could tell they were incredibly busy, but they were all so friendly and accommodating. While I was waiting for my food, I watched them work. I have never seen a more competent team than Maxwell’s team. They were all efficient and Maxwell’s managing skills are off the charts! I saw him delegate a few tasks and there was no moan or groan, it was just effortlessly efficient. They made the dinner rush look like it was nothing. Everyone on that team is highly skilled and very well trained.

When I finally got home I was practically drooling just from the incredible smell. I took one bite and was instantly delighted. It was easily the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. If you’re looking to get a pizza, look no further.

never ordering from here again. i can’t speak for pick-up. i would definitely not recommend delivery. they told us 25-30 minutes, food took probably 45 minutes. we also ordered the mango habanero chicken and specifically asked for a fork and ranch. (paid for ranch too) we didn’t get either of those. if it was pizza or a sandwich i wouldn’t care but this is the chicken with pineapple, mango habanero sauce, and cheese, nearly impossible to eat without a fork (unless you don’t want to get any of the cheese/pineapple). i almost wished they gave us the wrong food so we got some type of compensation for it.

Dominos did not get my order correct the night I ordered it. No worries. No big deal. I called back tonight to correct the issue and the manager that said “she was a manager” was Absolutely rude and hung up the phone on me tonight. This Dominos is amazing, but Customer Service needs to be checked out
