04/2024 Update: lately the service has been very good. Maybe it takes finding the right staff? Online order can still be slow so I decided not to use it anymore. I realize the drive thru or just going inside and ordering at the counter is much quicker.
The staff has been good at the drive up window. It is good to be greeted in the morning on the way to work. Sometimes you may get someone that shows they don’t want to be there. I get it.
I have notice one employee named Ian. You can tell he is a good worker. Always on the go and good comm skills with customers. I like to see him as head of staff or even at a higher level in the future. Keep up the good work cedar point.

I been coming to this Dunkin location for years. I don’t know if it’ll ever be like it used to but since the Covid ordeal it is now different. Short staff is always the excuse now with any and every issue. I take small problems with a grain of salt. It is what it is. It sometimes issues is it acceptable and needs to be addressed.
I had many issues with the online ordering. Sometimes I would order 10-15 minutes ahead of time before I leave for work. Another 10 min go by to get to the store. That is 20-25 minutes to prep a coffee and donut and my items are still not ready. So I wait another 5-10 minutes before my items come out. As I wait I watch 3-4 customers order at the counter wait a few minutes and walk away with their items. This is a short staff problem??
Today, places an online order. Coffee,wrap and a donut. 15 minutes later I go to store and nothing on the online order pickup rack. I wait. A waitress calls my name for the coffee and hands it to me at the counter. I ask about the food items she said they’ll be out soon. I wait. I also watched 8 people come in order at the counter and every one of them walked out with their items. I’m still sitting there.
11/2024: update
I am bringing the score back to 5 stars. The service and food has been very good for some time now. Ya an occasional hard donut but nothing horrible. The staff has been doing a good job. I would like to see the food item bags folded and closed off while sitting at the online pickup rack. Just to keep it fresh, warm. And seeing other people sticking their nose to see what’s inside is annoying.

I finally got up had to cut In line to get someone’s attention. They checked my order and the food items where sitting on another counter the whole time. I was furious and also late for work now.
This has been sitting here the whole time??? Why wasn’t it placed on the online pickup rack 10 feet away??? Oh we are short staffed. I as I figured I would hear.

I was just in Dunkin’ getting donuts with my two grandsons. We spent $36 and I let my grandson pick out a dozen donuts. It took a few minutes because they are young and also because several employees walked/stood in front of the donut display. When we paid for our food and were standing right at the counter, the server told the next person in line “so sorry for that.” At best it’s poor service, at worst it is rude. I won’t be doing business again with this Dunkin.

They were working backwards? Ordered ahead of a group, they got their drinks before us.

I worked the food industry, I understand short staff and new people slowing things down, but a 20 minute turn around is excessive, they took so long we had to leave without one of our drinks.

The slowest dunkin I’ve ever been to. A bunch of kids running it playing around all the time. Rarely ever get my coffee order correct.

Usually I give places the benefit of the doubt but today was just too much for me. After placing my order around 3 PM and being the 4th person in line it took 15 minutes just to get up to the window and another 7 just to get my order which was 1 coffee and 3 food items. This wasn't the kicker for me though I've waited here before but usually my food comes out hot and the coffee comes out right but not today. When I was finally greeted at the window I was asked to pay a dollar amount. I responded by saying that it was a mobile order and after giving my name the lady walked away with no response. I could see through the window as they searched for my food and after finding it they handed it to me and it was room temp cold despite being hot food items. I then watched as the employee made my coffee wrong and after she realized it was wrong halfway through she slammed the caramel drizzle down on the counter and had a tantrum like a child over the fact she couldn't read the coffee order that was stuck to the cup. Another employee then took over for her and then made it half correct because since I asked for less ice on my order instead of it being completely remade some of the ice was just poured out along with the coffee and I was handed a partially full cup of coffee.

I used to come to this dunkin weekly because of family in the area so I know that this Dunkin was much better in the past but recently it's just been awful.

If you're not looking for something that can only be ordered from a Dunkin please go somewhere else. It'll be faster and better bang for your buck.

Save the hassle and find another coffee shop. There's plenty of other options around. I've been to this location 4 times and that's 3 times to many. One time I went and an employee literally laughed at my order. But tonight crossed the line. I always order the same thing. An iced chai latte light ice with caramel syrup and whipped cream. My friend went tonight while out and had to wait 5 mins for the manager to come up and take the order he said she was very unfriendly and then she proceeded to yell from the back about how the cup won't be full because of light ice. He brings me my drink. It's literally half a cup of drink half a cup of whipped cream. For some reason it won't let me upload a picture of my drink. I take a drink and it tastes horrible like they didn't measure any of the portions for anything. It ended up getting dumped out. The owner of this location should be ashamed of his management he has there.

Slowest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to what's the point of placing a mobile order if you're not even going to get it until almost 30 minutes later. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and then at the window for another five while the lady slowly made my order what was the point? Even if I went inside they still didn't even make my order until I got there why should I order ahead? Waste my time maybe y'all need a spark energy drink. Most dull depressed looking people I have ever seen

WORST. D.D. EVER. (I feel I can speak with authority being from New England). Years ago, this location was good. Not anymore. Today was my birthday and thought I would redeem birthday points and treat my daughter and her boyfriend and myself. I ordered my regular, everything bagel toasted dark, she ordered an everything bagel toasted, he got two chocolate donuts, we got an iced coffee and frozen coffee, both half sugar
The bagels ABSOLUTELY DID NOT GO THROUGH THE TOASTER. The texture was as if it had just been thawed. Neither bagel looked like it has even come close to a toaster and neither were even warm. The drinks tasted like they had double sugar
This was a mobile order so they had plenty of time to toast.
I wish I could say this is the first time it has happened. But every single time I go there it is like that. I will never return to this Dunkin again ever.
I'm not sure I will go to any Dunkin donuts because they are so ridiculously expensive now.
I did call the store and she asked if she could get me free food and I said no because it will probably continue to suck. I could have gone in and got
bagels that were toasted better, but I know they would have just thrown it away and started over and I hate to throw food away.
The photo on the right is supposed to be toasted dark in the photo on the left is supposed to be toasted. Clearly you can tell neither has been toasted at all.

Better to go on the week days. My drinks are made correctly monday-thursdays. Saturday and sundays experiences lead me not to go on those days anymore.
