Absolutely RUDE employees. The restaurant was not welcoming and the employees were all blatantly rude, grumpy, frantic or just ignored you while on their phone or chatting with other employees.

Came about twenty minutes before closing, and she said they only sell coffee and donuts. I asked for hashbrowns! Really upset.

Staff is rude and very nonchalant when taking orders. Atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. But the staff seems irritated to be there and can be short with customers. Food is haphazardly handled and dropped in the ready area.

Someone should think why do we offer oat milk ,soy milk and almond milk. People have all kinds of allergies. Milk allergy, nut allergy and then some other allergies. When people ask for decaffeinated coffee or oat milk. The person ordering is trusting the one making the coffee or food is doing what they asked for. After all they are paying for it. Could be with a bad reaction if not made as asked for. This is like the third time my coffee was not made right. Not hot either. I really like this place but may have to stop coming here because my coffee is not made as I asked
