Most of the time that I come to this location, there isn’t much interaction; I tell them my mobile order, they give me what I ordered, then I leave. Today, I ordered a large coffee, a sandwich, and one donut. The donut ended up being wrong and the only conversation I got was “have a good day.” I can understand work being rough throughout the day but jeez.

Slowest dunkin in the entire world. I ordered online 10 minutes before I got there. Had to wait for 5 minutes at the speaker. And then 20 in the line with ONE car in front of me. When I got to the window, they didn’t even have my online order ready. Which was only ONE drink. They still had to make it. Took an extra 10 minutes. It was so slow I used my portable vacuum and vacuumed out my car while I waited.

Terrible service for traditional walk in customers but they somehow manage to maintain a snotty attitude! 30 minutes for coffee and omelet bites! And I was only 4th in line when I arrived. One (male, I assume!) "server" had uncombed 18" long hair sticking out past his microphone. No hair net. Disgusting!

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time! In the last month I have been here several times, I stood at the front counter when employees walked by me and said nothing, I finally said something to an employee after about 10 minutes and I had an Mobil order and they still didn’t have it made. Right now I ordered my Mobil app again I am waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and my drink is still not made. I don’t know where the since of customer service has gone but, someone needs to help this store with their since of urgency!! Please Help!! I love this store but they need help!! At window for 10 minutes waiting on my mobile order!!

Nice , fast<~~~~~this was five years agoI haven’t been here in probably two months because my ice lattes I can barely taste any coffee in them at all. I just got a caramel iced latte with an extra shot and I can just barely taste the espresso. I don’t know what has happened lately but I think some retraining is in order.

This Dunkin was great! Customer service was really great and it was super clean and set up nicely. I stopped in for 2 dozen donuts for my staff and a turkey sausage wrap. The wrap didn't look like it was going to be good but it was actually delicious. Very deceiving.
