Excellent food and service. Do wish that large parties (more than 6 diners portable) were seated in a separate room together. For couples or small parties, the noise level was deafening near us. We couldn't hear each other and it affected the ambience and enjoyment of the evening.

Everything was wonderful! The covered courtyard is a wonderful space. Wes was a wonderful waiter and did everything just right. The food was great (Caeser salad, salmon, perfectly cooked at medium rare, and chicken marsala). We got seated right away and didn't have to wait for anything. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I'm glad we chose 411 West.

The portions are large - but the "tastes" of the dishes need improvement. It's a very noisy restaurant; perhaps the side room is quieter.

The staff were wonderful... However, the bang for your buck was not. Small portions for a steep price.

The service was great — our waitress was attentive and lively. The restaurant was clean and not noisy, and the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. 10/10 recommend.

From the moment we walked in, the staff and the ambience were incredibly welcoming. As we celebrated our daughter's 30th birthday, we enjoyed great conversation in a beautiful setting with amazing food and drinks! It was our first time dining at 411 West and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful ambience & decor and friendly wait staff. Our waitress was not as attentive as she could have been. For example, she forgot to bring my husband his wine and she never checked on us to see how we were enjoying our entrees. Had she checked on us, I would have let her know ASAP that my “risotto with local vegetables” was woefully undercooked and the rice was crunchy. They comped the risotto but my stomach is upset today from eating undercooked rice. The other plates were fine, but nothing worth returning for.

Food was very good, portion size excellent. Service was also excellent. Overall a great dinning experience.

The meatball appetizer was delicious. Drinks were great. I wish they had better bread. My Italian pizza was tasty. My husband had the pear salad which he enjoyed. Marissa was our server and she was very attentive.

Been dining here since 1991. Reliably good food in a nice environment. No restaurant lasts this long without good reason. However, we've never felt so rushed in our lives. Our server 1 asked if we would be wanting dessert while I was still eating my entree, 2 took the dessert order but didn't ask if we wanted coffee or tea, 3 then tried to take the dessert away before we were done eating it. Please do better!

This was our first visit to 411, we arrived when they opened, were seated right away and drink orders taken. We were put in an enclosed patio area, but it had AC so it was comfortable in there. We both had a Caesar salad and you get a choice of classic or creamy dressing, I chose creamy and glad I did. My wife ordered the Wheat Fettuccine...freshly made wheat pasta, chicken, mushrooms in a slightly creamy Marsala sauce. It was very light and delightfully delicious, so she was happy I ordered Chicken Marsala, served with a huge mound of mashed potatoes, and "crunchy") broccoli, I like mine cooked a little more, but very pleased with my choice, as well. We finished the meal with a few bites of the chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert, that we took home to finish later. We really enjoyed our meal and would come back again

Food was ok- waiter was good but ordered to go dessert at the bar and a drink. Said they were done serving alcohol which is fine but then took a while to get the dessert and served 2 other ppl drinks...seriously rude

Great to come back and find my favorite dish (Black Pepper Angel Hair) back on the menu!). Service was great as well.

We enjoy the pasta dishes as the pasta is made in-house. Seafood is always fresh. Specials are interesting and seasonal. Frankly, it is difficult to find something on the menu that we don't like because the quality of the ingredients and the detailed preparation is very good. We also enjoy half-price wine night on Monday.

All staff was very pleasant and kind. However, extra little finesse was missing. Our service was unfortunately more to the status of a diner rather than a nice restaurant. Food was placed before us very hard and rough. Salad to be split was placed in the center of our table without any additional serving plates. We had to share from the one plate in the center of the table. Salad was not properly dressed. Most of it had no salad dressing on it with a few pieces having excessive dressing on it. Lettuce looked old. The Romaine had pink lines down the center ribbing and on the ends where it was cut. This Caesar salad rated as one of my least favorite salads ever. When entrées were roughly placed in front of us our salad plate was never asked to be removed. It sat there for the whole meal. My Bolognese sauce was very heavy on the pepper. Our server only filled one of our water glasses, one time. When our bill was brought to our table none of our food plates were cleared. Our dirty plates should've been removed. I feel the price was a little high for some of the food quality and rush hour diner service. It's OK to be in a hurry to service your tables, but you don't want your customers to feel like you're rushed and running a marathon. This type of restaurant should have a calming, relaxed dining feel.
